Smells so good when you walk in. My boyfriend was having trouble finding a tobacco he liked. The gentleman working there recommended a certain brand and it worked well for rolling cigarettes. Prices are good. Rolling your own cuts your price of a pack down to .90 cents per pack! Totally worth the investment of a cigarette roller to save cash.

I was in the store on Thursday 4/13/23. I had Hanna and Amy help me with finding a coil. Those 2 gals were awesome Amy went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Make sure the girls get a big thanks and appreciation. Thanks so much for helping me out.

They are always so polite and really an awesome group of employees as well as the owner who I always enjoy conversations with. The store has anything you could ever think of related to tobacco and smoking, and all at good prices, I swear if I had enough money and time I could spend hours looking through all the interesting things they have.

I don't care for going into this shop. The workers are always on their phones and don't really want to wait on you. She rang up the shorts but bagged the 100's. Hardly anyone smokes 100's.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. Nobody in the store when I go in I ask for one refillable pod when another customer comes in shouts out the cigarettes that she wants and the girl helping me just walks right off and grabs them and rings her up. Another 2 women come in and the guy working goes to help them and then the woman that was helping me starts ringing them up. I guess if you want service just go in and shout what you want doesn't matter if you were being helped already or their first selecting the product you want. 1 star is too high of a rating to be honest.

Very disappointing bought a new adjustable 900 pen for wax, took it home and never held a charge. So I took it back in the very next day, they offered to replace it but no more in stock. They said that they would get ahold of me as soon as the new shipment comes in. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
