Great selection and prices. I found almost everything I was needing, as usual. I was a little weirded out when I saw the saleslady cross herself (like a Catholic does) as a family finished their purchase and left ahead of me and I got to the register. I asked her if she just crossed herself (as I've never seen anyone act like that) and she said yes. I asked her why and she said she was blessing the family that just left, that she felt so much love in that transaction between them all.Ok...... ??I'm just glad she wasn't crossing it at me, thinking I was a vampire or something. She asked me if she had offended me and I told her no, but that it wasn't something I'd ever seen someone do out in public at work and I thought it was very strange. I guess if she actually thought her crossing herself did anything at all for or to that family, let her cling tight to her belief, but I just wanted to get my stuff purchased and leave. There's enough going on right now with conservative, religious people trying to take everyone's rights away. I certainly didn't need it when I just wanted to buy my thrifty clothes at a decent price.

Decent assortment of stuff, changes all the time, you'll occasionally find really awesome finds... your typical thrift shop. Staff is always quick and friendly at the donation drop off. They sell button batteries, which was unexpected but helpful for me today.

I'm disappointed to see a couple reviews about the rude young woman because obviously she's still there! I will not be returning to this Goodwill location. She's definitely over stepping her boundaries as an employee. Unless she's the manager!!! I don't know her name but this is the second time she used that tone and I for one think it is disrespectful. I understand that some employees have certain disabilities and if that's the case with this young lady I apologize for not being able to understand it. I paid for my items and left never to return. I feel saddened by this experience. 😣

A great place to snag deals. The 1/2 price tag is nice and Sunday $1 clothing and 70% off as well as the Friday Facebook discount are great. I wish they would not use marker on their new items since I would probably buy much more for gifts but can not gift them with black marker showing the price all over the item. You seldom see the same cashier twice so there must be a high turnover of staff. This is worrying and makes for a lack of consistency in the checkout process. But, the majority of staff is very friendly!

Always friendly, courteous, employees and a clean, well organized store. Many a "treasure"to be found. Look it over well... it is small, but many very cool bargains to be had. :0)Update: Manistee is so blessed to have this store, with this staff. Is still the best Goodwill I've ever been in. So clean and organized. Super Nice job, G.W. crew!!!

The managers and staff at this location are the friendliest I have been. I’m a frequent thrifter and this is my go to store because the staff is friendly, the store is organized and clean!

I bought a toy that had a price tag of 80cents.... and fairly loudly My cashier(April.P) said looks like another price change... I'm like What? She then says well we never put out stuffed animals that are worth less than a dollar, um okay, Well I never switch tags, and I'm in goodwill at least twice a week. Very rude. I would have bought the toy even if it where 2.00, there was no reason for her to say what she did, in the way she did, in front of me, and other customers. Not cool.

I love Goodwill. Tuesday is Senior discount day, they always have new items. The shelves are clean and items are organized and displayed attractivly.Our Manistee store is, clean and the employees are friendly and aways helpful.

I am very disappointed with goodwill..... It seems that having goodwill and being called Goodwill are two different things. They should be synonymous, considering they are a non profit. I watched a gentleman try to come in and he had a doctor's note stating he can't wear a mask and was rudely told that they didn't care he could shop online. This is discriminatory against someone with a disability. If others are masked up and inoculations are available then people like this should be able to shop. Very sad and disappointed.

Very nice good will. The employees were even concerned about the DVD's I was purchasing and looked through to make sure they were okay. Even the other customers were happy people. Definitely a place to go when we're in town.

This store's main products are clothes and dishware.Not exactly the best place for neat finds such as antiques or electronics.Prices are generally very good especially when you can find practically new clothing for well under its intended price.

I was pleased to find a goodwill in Manistee. It's a relatively small store as goodwill's go, but well laid out, organized and clean and neat. This store's headquarters was Muskegon while I'm familiar with stores in the Lansing -Jackson area. So the prices were a bit different-some things higher(books) and some things cheaper ( t-shirts). The day I was there blue tags were 50% off. Lansing area stores no longer have discounts on color tags so that was a nice surprise. To anyone who likes goodwill stores I suggest you stop in.

All the good donations don't get put on the shelfs here. The good stuff gets sent to bigger stores. Not right! Not to mention where the profits go. Ask them...made me kinda mad.

This is the pickiest goodwill I have ever donated to. Twice now I have been rejected for donating perfectly good items and both times he had me lug the heavy items out of my car to tell me they won’t take it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Treated me indecently because of my medical condition. I will never give any goodwill my money ever again after the humiliation they put me and my 2 year old through. If I could rate them a zero I 100% would.
