My 3 dogs had horrible haircuts the last time. This group of talented women fixed their cuts and made them beautiful again! Mary took the time to go over what we wanted for each dog before we left. They did a fantastic job.

They are reasonably priced and they know what they are doing. So if they ask you any questions about grooming or anything about your dog, it's because they want to do the best job possible for you. But you also need to answer them honestly, like if your dog bites, that way they know how to handle the situation without any problems. I take my dogs there and they do great!

Very happy with grooming. Have been a customer for many years and have brought my current two fur babies for grooming and been very happy with grooms. Dogs are happy to come in, which let’s me know they enjoy the attention and aren’t afraid to get groomed. Thanks to everyone for their attention and care.

We are new to the area. Originally was told by Traci she could groom my dog with a few days notice. Called to make an appointment and talked to Phillip I think his name was. He seemed receptive at first but quickly changed and said he wasn’t taking any new customers right now. I guess they have all the business they need.

We travel full time with our Chihuahua, Kona. Non of the local vets around Manistee would see us as they are not seeing any new patients.Kona needed to have his glands expressed. Well,they were too swollen and they recommended a vet as they did not want to risk injuring him.They recommended a vet about 30-45 minutes away.Very helpful and very thankful for these ladies!

I took my dog to best in show and the groomer cut the side of my dogs face and blamed it on the dog. When I paid for my dogs Services the groomer put part of the money in the cash Register and the rest in the tip jar. I paid her $50.

My pug is a screamer when he gets his nails trimmed. The girls handle it and get him out quickly.

Wonderful group of women you can tell they care for pets an Taz's cut is what we wanted an his color is so much brighter they said it was the shampoo got to get some Taz is a hyper guy an they just are so patient with him I'll be going back
