MY REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:TRUTHS IN YOUR RESPONSE: 1) I did curse ("that's B...S...") and hang up after being told two lies by the person who I was speaking with on the phone.UNTRUTHS IN YOUR RESPONSE: 1) I came in and asked specifically for Wana Stay Asleep Gummies, not Wana Sleep Gummies as you indicate in your response 2) The counter attendant never showed me what was available beforehand! Knowing exactly what I wanted, I asked for a specific product. 3) This is in addition to the lie I was told on the phone that both formulas were the same!I would have been happy if you had offered a store credit, as I suggested, and then notified me when you inventory was replenished. All I was offered was to replace with another product. I did not want another product as I've tried several others and none worked as well for me as the Wana Stay Asleep product did. The only reason I came to your store in the first place, a few months ago, was the dispensary closest to me was out and indicated they wouldn't have this product for several months.I should have double checked what I was given before handing over my cash (and subsequent tip), I'll accept that. However, due to the "truths" surrounding this whole situation, I would have expected your company to be a little more willing to work towards a resolution that would have kept both of us happy. Unfortunately, I don't have the time, nor the desire to make the 54 mile round trip drive to hear the same thing you told me on the phone.ORIGINAL REVIEW:If I could give ZERO stars I would. Stopped in this morning to purchase (10) bottles of Wana Stay Asleep Gummies, got home and noticed that they had given me (10) bottles of Wana Fast Asleep Gummies. I called immediately upon noticing the error. They said they were out of the Stay Asleep and that they could only exchange and not offer a refund. So, I'm stuck with $127.00 of product that I won't use. Then they tried to pull one over on me and told me that the two products were the same formulas! I'm looking at both labels and the Wana website and they are not the same formulas, not even close! Bad business in my opinion and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future as well as sharing my experience with others!

Of all the other places in town, I've encountered the best deals and friendliest service at Authentic 231. The service is fast and easy. I'm in and back out in no time with little wait. The environment is warm and inviting and relaxed. They were recommended by a friend who says it's the only place in town he shops.

Pretty good stuff, for the area the prices are fair, products are good, and staff is friendly. If ur willing to travel further you'll find better deals but for the Manistee market this place is real good. Delivery is a plus living in ludington.
