Dill potato salad is great however the potato's are literally never fully cooked. Only had it one time when the potato's were fully cooked and it was fantastic. Every time after that they have been pretty much raw and super crunchy. Get someone else to make it that actually knows what they are doing.

I always come here when in quick need of a meal. I recommend the Brisket and the Mac n Cheese. Excellent service with a smile. Price is a teensy bit high, that’s all.

Don't buy their Paczki's. They are the normal size but there is only 1 tsp. of filling in them. They failed to give me a receipt so they would only swap them out for more bad Paczki's. Absolutely the worst I've ever had in my life. If I could give zero stars I would.

I hate to let the secret out but if you want the best quality cut of beef you’ve ever had look no further. My Fiancé and have steak nights more than we’ve ever had because of how fresh and local the meat is! The proof is in the picture, you can tell they’re good quality steaks. Other than that the market itself is also amazing! Fresh local foods, it never disappoints.

Great place, lots to offer. Michelin star chef creates their ready made food items! Meat counter is one of the best in the area-beef is local and high quality (a little pricy but worth it!). Bakery has a Master Baker and all of their products are great! They are looking to expand their offerings all the time. Great business for the town of Manchester!

The barbecue spot in the back where the fried chicken used to be is delicious. However, the girl that works back there is extremely rude and just does not have a single aspect of customer service. The male though is super sweet and he was really nice. Besides that maybe it's cause I'm out of town but a lot of these prices seem extremely absurd and price gouging for groceries.

Hot bar food had clearly sat out too long and looked horrible. Employee did not use gloves when using the tongs. Huge pet peeve, especially when I'm paying so much. I'm assuming this isn't standard practice as they have worn gloves in the past.

Nice little market. Purchased some meat from the butcher and it was quite good. We have gone back to purchase more for the freezer

Update;Since the store has been under new ownership it has come so incredibly far! Prices are reasonable and so high quality! There are some truly unique, local items here! And the butcher counter is out of this world!Old review from previous ownership:Decent gluten free selection but all produce and dairy products are way over priced for the quality. It's just too bad that the only grocery option we have in town is so overly priced that the only reason I go there is for emergencies.

This is a great market. Lots of cool items you don't usually see in a smaller grocery store. Plus a great selection of standard items. The meat is wonderful and so is the fresh vegetable section. Check out the Acorn Cafe while you are there.

The prices are so high. But it's clean with beautiful displays of fresh local produce. The smoked meats smelled incredible. I did enjoy walking around the store. Employees were very nice.

It's great to have a local grocery store in town. While I do thing prices are a bit higher then the bigger box stores, the convenience of it makes it worth the price. The butcher shop & deli are both well run with good offerings.Additionally Acorn Market (located inside) is a great place to support our local farmers & get a good cup of coffee in the morning. My only real complaint is that Acorn opens at 10am in the winter, making it a bit late for coffee.

Mr. Rooter shops at Manchester Markert weather its for a family dinner or to feed our Team members. Manchester Market provides a plethora of meats to choose from. The service is great and I would recommend stopping in next time you are in Manchester, Michigan.

I have been in the store quite a few times and I like it. Staff is friendly and helpful and the meat counter is great. It's nice to have a store back in town. Thanks to all who got this done. You really need to go and see for yourselves.

Great store and meat counter.The lack of stars is due to not being able to get anyone to answer the phone at the bakery. I live out of town and I’m not driving back and forth when they don’t have rolls made and ready to go and the only way to get an order is to go in and order, then home for a few hours then back.I’ve tried calling the bakery 4 days in a row multiple times with no answer to order the amazing dinner rolls. I’m not sure I’ll order again at this point.

Great pre-made dinners, we have had the lasagna and the fried chicken Mac and cheese. Both were great. The spicy Italian sausage from the meat counter was spicy but not blow your face off spicy.

It is a decent small town store with a fair selection of food and other merchandise for sale. Some of the food they sell is a bit over priced compared to other stores. In general it is a decent store for when you only need to pick up a handful of items only. The store is a bit run down they still use the original fridges and freezers to the place and there are ceiling tiles missing along with multiple water stained ceiling tiles throughout the store.

Great to have a market in town with locally sourced, butchered beef, prepared food, specialty coffee bar, gelato & a “farm market”- in addition to the staples a grocery store should have. Prices are reasonable for the convenience. Thank you for what was surely needed in the community!!

We read about the Manchester Market in MLive. Interested in its “creation story” and in its space sharing arrangement with the non-profit farmer’s market, we did a trip from Ann Arbor to check it out. It was terrific! Time and money well spent. What an engaging place. Both the farmers market director and the butcher came out to greet us and talk about their businesses. The butcher case was full of delicious cuts of beef and pork from local farms. We came home with osso bucco, pork tenderloin, ribs and a flank steak. The bearded butcher came out from behind his glass wall where you could see a half carcass hanging and how he was breaking it down and carving up the beef. He talked to us about his process and the story of how the market came to be with the collaboration of the community after the only grocery store closed. It was so interesting and made the shopping experience an interesting and educational one. Seeing the gorgeous meat in the counter made me so thankful I am not a vegetarian! The customers were all so friendly and chatty. We left with some unusual grocery items that we hadn’t seen any where else. It was a terrific “field trip” and we will definitely be back.

Decided to check out the acorn farmers market and I would say I was disappointed…hardly anything in the store…I then decided to get a coffee at the cafe the girl running the counter had about as much personality as a wet mop…I didn’t even get a hello or anything…she really was just rude…definitely need to work with your employees when it comes to customer service because that definitely turns people off…only giving two stars because the coffee was good…but I will not be back
