I made a rookie homeowner mistake and ran out of propane. The team was there for a refill the next day. They found a leak and worked together with Moore Plumbing and Heating to get it fixed. About 10 minutes after the guys from Moore left, Randy was back to do another pressure test to make sure everything was good to go. The peace of mind for my family is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend them for your propane needs.

My first experience with Tri Gas Co. and I wasn't thrilled. My initial conversation was with a woman who provided inaccurate information about both pricing and policies. My second call was handled by a secretary, who upon discovering I had been helped by the department of human services to get my tank filled, was rude and unprofessional. She treated me like a second class citizen just because my family was fortunate to get some much needed and TEMPORARY assistance. When I called the main office in Traverse City to give feedback about my experience, a man who said he was a manager didn't even attempt to apologize for my poor experience until I said that I felt an apology would be in order and the "apology" he gave was pretty pathetic. He did indicate that he spoke to the secretary and the manager of the Mancelona branch and that they misunderstood what I was asking the first time I called, which is just not true. So clearly, rather than just owning up to their mistake and trying to ameliorate the problem - they made excuses in an attempt to cover their own behinds.This company needs some lessons in customer service and at the very least, their employees should know the correct policy and pricing information. In addition, there is simply no reason to be rude. Being kind and respectful doesn't cost you a thing, but being rude and unprofessional can cost your business customers. Just a little effort on the part of these employees, an apology for the confusion, some genuine respect and being appreciative for the business would have gone a long way for me. I don't think that's asking too much, but perhaps Tri Gas Co. thinks it is. I guess we'll see.I will give Tri Gas another chance to provide better service, and I sincerely hope they do better next time. However, if they can't, I guess the good news is that I can always take my business elsewhere.

Do not use this propane company. They treat PAYING costumers like garbage. They backed me into paying an extra $150 fee because they said it would be a couple of days before they could get to me even though I live like 12 minutes away. The driver himself said that wasn't true and he could have been there asap. I told the owner about my experience and instead of trying to make it right, she said she would give the employee a talking to. We will be switching propane company and will be telling everyone we can not to use this money hungry company.

I was very low on propane so I called my propane co. (Not Tri Gas)and they said they could not get me propane until the next day and would charge $75 for a pressure test because I let the propane get so low. I called all of the propane company's in the area and no one could help me. Tri Gas not only could help me they did it that day. I cannot tell you how happy I am with Tri Gas. Fast friendly service. The most unprofessional business I have ever come across!!! Not a customer nor will I ever be!!! Read comments by manger making personal attacks on women on Facebook. No matter the pending comment a manager of what is supposed to be a business should never sink so low!! Also showing up at multiple homes of people who are not your clientele trying to track down a women over Facebook Comments!! That crosses into the realm of creepy!!

Trigas of Mancelona is a great company. I order propane, they deliver it promptly and I pay upon delivery. The process has always been quick and simple. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Right before winter tri gas came and removed my tank. a tank that I had purchased from the previous owner of my property spent all winter trying to get someone to bring me another one and to figure out why they STOLE my tank I'm still waiting for a reply back and it's July!!
