I’ve worked here for over two years I hear everyday how amazing our prices are by customers I love this job and the people. If I had one piece of advise for customers I’d say grab a cart when you come in because if not you will end up going back for one you don’t know what you’re walking into the store is constantly changing and you never know what you’re going to find.

I’d definitely stop again when coming back up north! Most of the items I seen were target resales and others, some were regular branded items, and some was just a mix of stuff! Staff was friendly even though they were about to close. Everything was mostly a great price as well. A must stop if your driving by!

I had only been to midland & Mt. Pleasant locations. It was nice but didn't seem like as many deals as the other locations.

My neice went in to get a phone case and a guy came out screaming at her she's 16 calling her names, and the boss of the store new she opened the package to see if it was going to fit her phone and HE WENT BACK AND YELLED AT HER! Calling her names! We called and they won't release the name of the guy who did this! 😒 I am appalled! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?She went in 1/28/23.

Great place to do some Christmas shopping. I bought a LOL doll playset for only $47. It retails for $120, and was on a black friday sale at a big box store for $88. HUGE savings.

Never know what you will find. Great place to find oddball products. Some of the pricing is great some not much lower than a grocery store, ie pop tarts for 1.99. It is like a garage sale (it's a good thing).

I absolutely Love Christel. She's so helpful, ALWAYS smiling, knows the location of anything I ask, and definitely knows how to please a customer. Not to mention that I'm a bit difficult to satisfy and she actually does it everytime. Kudos to Christel!!! It does impress me when a manager helps and inner reacts with her customers rather than Pawn It Off to the other employees..... sincerely JoAnn Green

Difficult to describe this place. A mishmash of kMart, Woolworths, Goodwill with cheap one-of-a-kind items and occasional greatly overpriced things you could get at any department store for far less$.The staff members were EXCEPTIONAL! Very pleasant and helpful... Another oddity in what i currently view as a Anti-Customer-Service environment. Not much service aplenty anywhere... Yet this store has them at every aisle.Good job, MerchOutlet. Give your workers a raise. If you can't do that, give them a formal Thank You.

This is a little hole in the wall store; the wife made me stop. This place has a lot of nice stuff at a crazy low price. The wife bought 4 pursues, and bunch of other stuff. She paid $57 for everything; when we made it home she looked up the prices of the purses online. The pursues alone cost over$300. The wife was pretty happy with her buy. Only knock I can give this place is they need to have more things on there to attract male shoppers. They do have some tools there at a great price, but that's it.

I recently got married and found a ton of stuff at this store for decor and bridal party gift...ect...the manager and other employees where so awesome in calling around to other stores getting me enough of what I needed..excellent customer service!

Neat store with overstock items. Never really know what they will have so it's fun to find things at lower than close out prices. I've picked up brand new name brand button down shirts for $4. That's just an example they have all kinds of other non clothing things.

Hi... I'm pat and I'm addicted to merch outlet. ***crowd says..."hi pat..." well, it all started my very first time entering the store. I fell in love with the types and styles of the items. Furthermore, the prices.. oh those prices will get tease you, hook you, and reel you in. Next thing I know, every pay day I'm going in to check out the new inventory. And now, here I am.... addicted to merch outlets and their always changing, always great prices, inventory!
