I can’t believe it could get any worse. Didn’t get the drinks. Then got drinks but no straws. Got straws but drinks were wrong. Got new drinks. Look here some of the sandwiches. Asked for the rest of sandwiches. Didn’t get the two flurries. Got the flurries but no spoons. Finally got the bbq sauce. Got an eyelash in a flurries. Received attitude from the food runner. What a joke. And expensive one at that.

On 1/5 2024 I ordered my food through the drive through, came home to find my sons bacon mcdouble ketchup only was not in the bag, went back and politely told them and they handed me the burger, got all the way home and found onions on it and went back up this time I asked for a manager and politely told the manager that this was my third trip and my other food is now garbage and the least they could do was replace my Fry's , she said no she could not, I politely said ok please give me a name of someone higher up that I could contact at a later time, she said no, I said then please give me your name, she said no thank you and walked away. Mancelona McDonald's has become 1 of the worst in service in our area and I would love to talk directly to the owner.1 star is really to high for this McDonald's

Just popped in to get an Apple Pie, friendly staff. Very prompt service and tasted greatParking: Lots of parking, great drive thru site.Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for children to eat in comfort with parents. Happy meals are the bomb, new packaging is great.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room for wheelchair entering, and inside.

I've been to this McDonald's about 8 times and each time I'm disappointed by something! This time was the worst!! We got NO napkins, my sons fries were cold, one seemed frozen on the inside. My sandwich was dripping with with dressing and my husband's was practically dripping with mayo!

This McDonald's USED to be reliable and fast but ever since their remodel they have went downhill. Showed up today to grab lunch for my husband and I before I went into work. Placed my order at 1:37pm. 2:10pm came around and I still didn't have my order and was going to be late for work so I had to leave without my food. During my wait time I saw quite a few disappointed people and even people who walked out without ordering because they were waiting too long. They took the drink machine out of the lobby so people can't even have their drinks while they wait. Instead they sit on a metal shelf with the ice melting for 20 minutes while the order is made. This isn't the only problem I've had since the remodel but I kept giving them another chance thinking they were just getting used to the new layout but obviously that wasn't the problem. Very highly disappointed. And because you can't cancel a mobile order on the app I was told I have to come back into the restaurant to get the refund for the food I never received.

We went in to get a couple of drinks and appe pies and stood there for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter to take our order. The other people waiting did they rarely ever come up to take orders. We changed our minds on the apple pies and just got sodas. If you are in a hurry, this is definitely not where you want to stop.

I order a small strawberry smoothie and a 2a (quarter pounder with cheese) and asked for only ketchup and pickles on it…..They put everything I didn’t want on it and forgot about the pickles!

Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal no onion, 10 piece mc nuggets with barbecue, and 2 mc doubles. Get to py window female employee talking about a different job were ya couldn't drink after your shift . So she quit. But supposedly training another female standing next to her. I pay no receipt. I get to next window. Get a 20 piece mc nuggets and reg size soda. Then I say what I ordered. This sweet girl working on her day off apologizes they didn't charge me for what I ordered so I pull ahead to wait for cheeseburger meal. Same sweet girl comes out apologizing and tells me she was called in on her day off. She did her best to make my day. She's was great. Get home nasty burgers had onion all over bun and pickles and cheese just sloppy. All that while the general manager was there. I was blown away. Go there constantly for my 5 yr old. Need to find another close by. Sorry.

If you go here prepare to wait 45 minutes for a McChicken. Constantly messing up orders. McDonalds in Bellaire puts this franchise to shame.(Update 04/02/24) still awful service and wait time. Don’t order anything special made because they can’t get it right. Rude ignorant employees who want 15 an hr. The old man should just close the place. I was very nice and asked if anyone can help me but they just pointed at the kiosk.

I'm very upset and disappointed how staff treated a gentleman today. This gentleman is a resident at Listening Ear. They was on an outing tonight having dinner at Mc Donald's in Mancelona Michigan. The gentleman said hi how are you doing. The young staff member at McDonald's rolled her eyes and made a very disrespectful face at him. Most of the individuals have some sort of mental impairment and or handicap. How hard is it to be kind to people. Regardless if the person is or isn't handicapped? In the last couple years it seems like customer service is not high priority to companies. It really upsets me when I see this happen or hear about it. If your management at McDonald's I hope you sort this out with your staff and train them in customer service and how being kind to a person can make a huge impact rather they notice it or not. May 17, 2023. 5pm. Young gal had dark hair.

Constantly mess up orders. Tonight I went to the drive thru and ordered a bacon quarter pounder and they didn’t put bacon on it. The other day I used my phone to order my husband and I breakfast. Pulled into the curbside pick up spot and waited 25 minutes for our food to come out. Also, there is always this one girl that really needs some work in customer service. She never has a smile on her face, never says “Thank you” or “Have a nice day”, and even when I say it to her she just gives me a nasty look and doesn’t say anything back.
