Danu Hof was an excellent place to stay with our Harvest Host membership. We were graciously greeted by Caitlin and given parking options. We enjoyed a peaceful evening and good nights rest. In the morning we visited the store. We found so many wonderful items to choose from. We bought some smoked pork chops, Canadian bacon, mushroom & Swiss bratwurst, sweet Italian sausage, dragons tongue beans, pears, eggs, micro greens, a healing salve and a mood tincture. There were many more options of meats and produce, wish we had more freezer space. We then walked around the farm enjoyed watching the pigs rooting and the chickens. We are thankful for the people out here doing farm fresh products and sharing them with us. It’s nice to know where you food comes from.

This is a wonderful working family farm. They have a variety of offerings from their dairy, including but not limited to cut meat, eggs, ice cream, and authentic Dutch style cheese. They also have bees wax items from a local artisan like soaps.The family and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In the warmer months, there are chicken, goats, and the occasional calf to visit with while enjoying a dairy treat (looking at you, ice cream, and cheese). There is also a tractor shaped play structure to give a commanding view of the farm yard.It is a working farm, and no one works harder than the German shepherds. Watch out for the pair when you drive in, and keep your own dog in the car (better yet, at home).There is a bathroom available in the farm store.This is a must stop for ice cream and cheese, especially during an idyllic summer drive.

This is a great farm run by wonderful people! They're very knowledgeable and willing to share what they have learned. We've loved everything they've produced from veggies to piggies. They have some of the best pork products we have ever had! We loved it so much that we just picked up 3 pigs from them to raise ourselves.I would absolutely recommend Danu Hof Family Farm!
