I ordered individual cans of cat wet food from their Perbeastro website, but unfortunately, some arrived dented. Despite promptly reaching out via email, my concerns were completely ignored. Even after following up with another email, I have yet to receive a response. It's disappointing to experience such unprofessional customer service, especially when they refuse to acknowledge responsibility for the damaged items they shipped. Needless to say, I won't be returning as a customer, and I strongly recommend seeking out a more dependable pet online store.

Absolutely LOVE this place!. So friendly and knowledgeable! I can't say ENOUGH about the selections of only the BEST food, toys, supplies, etc. ONLY garbage free. I need my babies to live FOREVER!lol. Seriously, all of the "garbage" LITERALLY, they put in animals' foods!!YOU WILL BEG FORGIVENESS from your pets. Google chicken by product. J/S!!ANYWHO, go. You won't be disappointed 💯🏆💖

Lots of product variety, unique finds, and friendly staff. I've been going here for a few years now and appreciate their efforts. Prices are good.They'll be glad to recommend products based on your pets taste. I was a little hesitant to give my dog a freeze dried duck head, but I kept an open mind to their suggestions. She loved it!

We love this place. The staff is kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I do have a couple complaints about the business though. I wish they paid their staff a living wage (starts at $13). I was also disappointed to see a plaque on the store saying that they support the Warren PD k9s. This was so disappointing because police dogs are often abused and used to commit police brutality. Additionally, police often abuse and kill animals, mostly dogs, on the job. Please reconsider your support for the Warren PD. because this is the only local store that carries the CBD treats we need, we will continue to be customers, but would make other choices if we could.

We are so grateful to have been able to find a solution for him that didn't involve going on a veterinary prescription diet.Everytime I come into this store everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The Pet Beastro is awesome! They have a huge selection of raw food! The Pet Beastro is where I discovered Steve’s Real Food. My dog does great with this brand and they offer a variety of proteins. The staff at the Pet Beastro is very knowledgeable of pet nutrition and so friendly.

Great selection of raw cat and dog food. Awesome options for healthy kibble, canned food, and freeze dried as well. Decent prices and friendly, helpful staff. Wish the sign on the building was easier to spot from the street, but the store itself is great! Our new go-to pet store! (previously shopped at PSP and PetPeople/Hollywood Feed).

This establishment is truthfully one of the BEST small businesses to exist. The attention to detail and care for animals and humans that they exhibit is absolutely outstanding. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for almost 3 years now, and we love it more and more each time. We bring our dog with us, and she literally gets so stoked when we pull into the parking lot. She gets free treats, food, etc EVERY time we go. Also, since the social distancing regulation, we decided to take advantage of the free delivery. We received freebies as well as a freaking hand-written note. The. Fricken. Best. Every employee we have encountered is amazing. An entire store of just epic humans. We love you guys!

My girl had a chiro appointment today with Dr. Christina. She is FANTASTIC. My dog loves her. Explained the issues that she was having, the reasons why she was having the issues, and hopefully got her fixed up! Dr. Christina is so so sweet. I’m glad I made the appointment!Thank you!As for the store, what a great store! Lots of unique items, tons of high quality foods, including frozen raw cat food(which is hard to find). The workers are extremely friendly, and the store is very clean.

I have always loved this place and have supported them for years. I had to drop down one star because they were out ofthe large bags of my dog food, which I usually get (so was the Warren store). I asked if I could be charged the same for a large bag as the two smaller bags since that’s all they had. My request was denied. I’m not exactly sure what the cost differential would have been, but it couldn’t have been much. I left very disappointed. I may go back to the big box stores.

We love Pet Beastro! Dr Jill has really helped our dog Stanley get to a better place with his allergies and he also uses the chiropractic services offered here, which has helped as well. The customer service is always good from the team in the store and they make an awesome effort to know you and your pet by name. We literally recommend this store to every pet owner we know.

Can't recommend Pet Beastro enough. Came in today to ask for some alternatives for my cat's outrageously expensive prescription kibble for digestion. The staff, especially Jayden, was a huge help and recommended a variety of options! I ended up going with Kitty Gut- will definitely be returning for any and all cat needs. We discovered this place when we were taking our shepherd in for a chiropractic adjustment. They have a chiropractor that you can make an appointment with from time to time and she does a great job. As others have said, the staff is friendly. The selection is very wide and my daughter was happy to find they had a brand of cat food she has been wanting to try that was not available on Amazon or chewy.

I finally took my cat Aurelius in to check out the Pet Beastro. I have been searching for a pet store that has high quality raw food and good enrichment toys. Well, when I walked in my jaw dropped. Their raw food selection is big, they had SO many toys, and tremenda discs for the dogs (I’ve been searching far and wide for those!). I had some questions about feeding my kitten raw and the staff member that helped me (I believe she was the manager) was VERY knowledgeable. She answered ALL of my questions and helped me pick out the best raw food for my baby. I will never go to another pet store again. The pet Beastro is top notch, I love supported local small businesses and this place will have all of my support. Thank you guys SO MUCH!!!! I can’t wait to come back!

This was a wonderful store. Helpful, clean and very knowledgeable. My son I went in for the first time. It was very enjoyable. The employee helped and answered all my questions. I was not followed or harassed at all. I think they all just love there job.I came back and changed my star's from 4 to 5 and write a review. I've always had great customer service from The Pet Beastro! Most recently, a didn't receive a delivery I had expected to get days earlier. I gave them a call and they offered to deliver another package to me, free of charge. We then discovered that the first order had gone to our old house where we moved from months ago! My error and they still hand delivered it to our new place! My kitties were very happy.

The staff are very educated and help in any way that they can for your pets specific needs. They also offer chiropractic services as well as nutrition consultants! They know about all the brands of food as well as ingredients. They know about canine body language, diets, training, and more. They offer many toys &enrichment toys as well. I have never had a bad experience from anything that i bought, or from any of the employees or other customers. I’ve been bringing my dog in for almost a year now, and they know he is kind of reactive but they all very well respect his space and help me out whenever they can! They always give him treats to try to make him comfortable too and with their help, he is doing a lot better in pet store settings! the environment is always clean, and I love their rewards system as well!

I absolutely love this place for picking up high quality pet food, treats and supplements. They also have a animal chiropractor on site twice a week. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. They have local delivery that is same day as long as you order before 11am and their online ordering is definitely some of the best in the business. Their prices are competitive and their rewards program is great too.

I went here for the first time today and while this store is very clean and has a good selection (when you can find it), I unfortunately won't be going back.Firstly, from the moment I entered the store I had an employee basically follow me. Additionally, in the maybe 10 minutes I was there, I was asked by both that same employee and two other employees *multiple times* if I needed help. I understand wanting to be helpful, but I don't want to feel like I'm being monitored and accosted by every single person working in a store when I shop there. And given the way the store is laid out, I'm not sure anyone would have even been able to help me because simply saying "I'm looking for toys for my dog" would have led me down almost every aisle in the store, and it did -- I had to go down at least 4 aisles multiple times to find items I wanted.I also wasn't offered a bag for my items and had to carry an armful of dog toys out to my car.I want to support local businesses but I simply did not feel welcome at this store.

Jill and her store are absolutely fantastic. Jill and her staff are extremely knowledgeable on pet food and give great advice. Her store and it's staff are refreshing in this world of cookie cutter franchises and big box stores that fill up the pet food industry. If you're looking for advice from people who genuinely love animals, this is the place to go.

First time shopping here and I will be back. I just adopted a dog, wanting to spoil her & Shop local I found this Store through Google. I was not disappointed. Very nice selection of toys, food, treats, gear and supplements for dogs and cats. A huge assortment of fresh food for both. Super nice sales people who were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price o paid for my dogs harness was exactly the same as big box stores..but who enjoys big box stores? If you don't want to be just a # shop here instead. They also have a frequent shopper program. This will be our new regular store

Brought my itchy allergy dog, Turbo, into the Beastro on 10-9-21 for some good shampoo and quality treats. I’m so happy! I asked for help and was given great recommendations and nice tips on how I can help calm his allergies. We were treated so kind and my dog was showered with treats. I appreciate the quality of products that are sold here, no junk food! After one bath my dog showed a huge improvement in his itchy coat, I’m shocked it worked. Thank you, I’m now a customer for life.
