If you love your pets like most of us animal lovers. They are our family , I write this review with a warning , after buying treats for my 2 year old Pomeranian!! He happily got his snack after my healthy baby got sick the next day , I had no idea why, the vet asked me about his food or anything new, l later thought about the new pet store and treat I got him !! My dog was so sick due to expired treats and the bacteria inside , the store and management Showed no concern!!! Please please don't go here,and my baby survived!! 380.00 later , I don't ever want to see a animal suffer again or the pain of there owner !!

There’s an excellent selection of premium quality food, treats, and toys for my dogs and cats so I can get everything in one stop. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions or make suggestions. I love that I can support a local independent retailer too. My 16 year old Lab also gives Rocko’s a 5 woof rating.

This place is amazing! A friend of mine recommended this place and they were able to find me the perfect food for my cats health issues and even educated me on what ingredients to look for. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how to care for my cat and his complications.I feel more knowledgeable about maintaining my cats health from one trip here than I did from years of vet visits. They truly care, and will take the time to help you with whatever pet needs you may have.

I have been a good customer of this store for many years and spent alot of money here. I recently missed a scheduled grooming appointment, not on purpose but just got busy at work and forgot. I stopped in to apologize and ask why they didn't call me because I would have come right up. They just said that is why we have the automated system, we don't call people anymore. Then proceeded to charge me the full price for the groom that didn't happen. I get you don't call "people" but you have good, loyal customers and should provide good customer service to them. Spending $80 for absolutely nothing is not in my budget and unfortunately, I probably won't be back. Sad, too, because I try to support local businesses whenever possible but when customer service goes by the wayside, it is time to go elsewhere.

Our dogs love going to Rocko’s! They have a great selection of pet supplies and we always leave with with something new. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We gladly make the long trip (for us) to visit Rocko’s. Our dogs would have it no other way.

The staff are extremely helpful, they are friendly and very knowledgeable about animals behavior. I highly recommend they for all your animal needs. Also, I recently brought our 80 lb pit to have his nails trimmed. I didn't know how he would react since he had never had it done professionally. I was very nervous about this outing with him. I spoke with Teresa, she reassured me and it was amazing. Love ❤️ your pet, Rocko's will too.

In all the times that I have shopped at Rocco's I have never had a bad experience! The workers of always been more than helpful when I'm looking for a specific item. A number of times they have pointed out that if I was to buy something different, in either quantity or number of products, I could get a better price. I highly recommend them they have the best for your pet in mind

The staff is super friendly here and I love that they have a blue crown conure and bird supplies! They have good prices too. Overall I didn't find a ton of supplies for my parrots but there's a ton for cats and dogs! They also have huge 90 oz timothy hay bags which is great for my bunny. There really isn't anything for fish though which is a bummer. I like to go here and will return. It's close and has what my bunny needs!

This is the best pet store. I love to give my business to a mom and pop place. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. They always offer to carry my purchases out to my car and truly care about their customers. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a pet.🐶🐱

Wow! What a fun and friendly place to bring your pet. I brought my German shepherd in and she was greeted with a smile and I was helped immediately in finding the right food and treats for pup.Prices are very reasonable and they have a decent reward program.Would highly recommend this local shop :)

This Pet store is one of my favorite independently owned store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, especially Mandi!They are very caring and always help to make the right choice for your pet. They will special order for you as well. They host pet adoptions and usually have samples of certain food if you’re trying to find the perfect food. Overall, great staff, great owner, great products!

Rocko's Pet Store is outstanding!!!! The service is outstanding and very friendly. I also like how they have a rewards program to save you money. Also they carry the best of the best in dog food and won't carry unhealthy dog foods. The owner of the store who is an old man is always very nice, friendly, outgoing, and is always willing to help. I buy my dog food and toys from here for my dog Zoey and have never had an issue. I highly recommend coming here.

I have been going here for about 4 months now, and I love this place! They are very friendly and knowledgeable about animal nutrition information. They always answer every question I have. The groomer is very kind too, she is the only one that has been able to trim my dogs nails, and I trust her very much and she is amazing with pets!! There is a cute store pet bird, making it very homey and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. Definately going to keep going here, it is the only place I will go for dog food and grooming!

Great full service Pet Store and Groomer! We love, love, love Rocko's!! We take our classic style Yorkshire Terrier to Tressa for grooming and she does a great job. Even better, our little one loves to go! That didn't used to be the case with previous groomers we tried. Also, the staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Our dog has a very sensitive stomach and we have had to use only Vet supplied food products in the past but then we found Rocko's. They carry many different brands that our dog can tolerate and treats too.

Awesome staff great selection.I’m really happy I found this local pet shop. We adopted older dogs who have some very specific dietary needs. They have been wonderful about recommending, and ordering the items I need. The rewards program is also great.

The Staff is always helpful and keeps in stock the Answers Raw that i buy frequently. The owner is also great and reaches out to me to make sure my special orders are just what I wanted. Just a great place! My little buddy also loves visiting :)
