While this location does have a larger selection than most, the bathroom is always in dire need of cleaning! Feces on the floor, splattered on the bowl and walls is unacceptable. The employees are doing their best but being under staffed is a management issue, so not thier fault.

Seem to have quite a bit of stuff but not stuff at the same time. Few hours had stuff just laying on the floor. Was just okay. Nothing special.

SANDY the worker IS SO RUDE!! Omggg Please fire her, She doesn’t have great customer service she is a very angry woman! Who doesn’t love or like her job. I mean she was rude to everyone in the line I am in disbelief on how I was just treated at this dollar tree that I’ve been going to for years☹️😞

EVERYTIME I COME HERE the worker is rude and she rips me off 25 cents everytime i gave her 4 dollars and got 3 items and she gave me back 2 cents…..

Don't order anything online. Had a order sent to this location and I showed up two different times and was told the shipment wasn't ready and to come back the next day. (After I received an email saying it was ready). After the first time I waited an extra day to try again and was still told again it wasn't ready and to call first next. Waited another full 24 hours and called like advised. I was told that I'm not supposed to call and I'm supposed to come in. The worker refused to get her manager on the phone to check because she was with a customer. Didn't ask me to wait until she was done just expected to end the conversation and not help at all. So why did SHE answer if she can't do anything? But they have ways of calling their managers up front without leaving their cash register. Finally, just called corporate to get a refund. It shouldn't be that hard to get an order I already payed for. Especially almost a week after I was told it was ready. Nobody seemed to care. When they went to the back to check on my order they were barely back there 3 minutes before saying it wasn't ready. Maybe try actually looking for it. The point of this review is not to complain just because I have nothing better to do. I had a terrible experience with this store and not one person tried to actually take their time to look for my order. I don't expect them to do go above and beyond for some random lady. i just wanted them to actually attempt on looking for what i paid for.

I did love this store before the price increase. Thought it wouldn’t hurt as much as it did. I have found many of the same products at Walmart and even Meijer for $0.97 or $1. Sorry Dollar Tree, I’m going to keep my extra 25 cents an item. You’ve lost a customer

Purchased 8 items, cashier said transaction didn't go through. Had me re-insert my debit card. The next day, when checking my account, in-fact, the first charge did go through, so two charges for same amount were debited to my account. Called manager, was told it is impossible to double charge a customer, it is a 'ghost' charge. It should fall off in about a week. Very unsympathetic manager, would not help with this error. She told me to call their corporate office if I didn't like her explanation.

They had the Xmas cards I needed, hallmark cards that cost 4or5 dollars at the regular store, for 1dollar, I bought 9 card for 9 dollars.
