Adorable place with great views! Has a quaint cottage feel. Their coffee is really good. We had it black and also tried the turmeric milk latte, which was very good. Their breakfast burrito is really big and we were able to get our orders made with gluten-free burritos and toast. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free free options for their sandwiches, wraps and burritos.

It’s a lovely little cafe on the water and I love the decor and vibes. BUT my smoothie was pretty much water, they blended it for too long and added too much liquid. The food was great though. I’d order the sandwiches again! The seating inside is VERY crowded and I can’t imagine what it’s like on a busy day. It’s a quaint little cafe that’s super cute and I’d recommend stopping by, just hope it’s not busy when you’re there because seating is very limited inside.

We had to find this place to try out their "pop tart" pastries and we are so glad we did! We had our dogs with us, and they have a nice little outside seating area where we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee with the pups! They weren't super busy the day we showed up, which was nice! The staff was very friendly, and the food and coffee was great!

Super cute place! Food was delicious. The view was worth it too. I brought my kids and it was a wonderful experience with the different coloring activities they had. I highly recommend the lilac latte! I was so happy to finally see some delicious healthy options.

A must-do Mackinac experience! The food is amazing and fresh, and the drink selection is amazing! We always book an art class when we come! Kate is a great teacher and we've enjoyed the guest artist classes that we've taken too! The art classes are BYOB so they're great date nights or adult outings!

We got the pesto grilled cheese and a strawberry banana smoothie and both were phenomenal! We will be coming back all summer until we try everything on the menu!!Priced very fairly and gorgeous location! Cute and comfy dining, and the staff were all amazing!

Good coffee. Smells terrific. Enjoyable. Beautiful views of the harbor. Very comfortable. The staff vas very friendly. This is a must when visiting the Island if you enjoy coffee. The have food as well but we just had drinks.

The atmosphere was really cute and their staff was extremely nice. Get there before 9am though because they run out of inside seats really quickly. Their iced coffee was spectacular and I absolutely loved it. For food, I had a whole-grain toast with feta cheese and a soft boiled egg. It was just OK - the bread they used tasted very nice but the soft boiled egg I asked for was basically a fully cooked cold boiled egg. The PB pop tart was decent but I think it tasted a bit dry.

Looking for a place like your favorite hometown cafe? Look no further…this is a cute little place right on the water with lavender lattes, smoothies, açaí bowls, wraps and sandwiches. Highly recommend the chipotle turkey, pesto grilled cheese and chocolate chip French toast. Staff is friendly too and free WiFi!

Cute little place close to our hotel. The staff was friendly and three food was ready quick. The food itself was great, I got the loaded toast with peanut butter banana and honey and it was amazing. I really appreciate the last taking the order suggesting it. Would visit again

I loved it in terms of vibe and food quality. I felt it was the best breakfast food on the island. The smoothies are a little heavy on the protein taste. The wraps and acai bowls are amazing! Beautiful view of the water if you sit inside, but no view if you sit outside. No staff said thank you when we tipped, which isn't a big deal but it's just manners. Pet-friendly patio as well! We would come back.

Charming! This place is absolutely adorable! Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good! I would recommend this stop when you visit Mackinac Island. We stopped in there for breakfast. It’s right next to the marina.

Very good place. Quality is good. Price is affordable compared to other restaurants in the area. They have healthy options. There was a huge line this summer 23. that shows many people wants healthy food at affordable prices. Yes coffee was good. We will go again next time. Both indoor and outdoor dining space available. Suggestion: Add 1 more person or improve the system to reduce the wait time. Thats the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars.Vegetarian options: Smoothies, acai bowls, sandwiches, saladsDietary restrictions: Yes Healthy options available.Kid-friendliness: Big Yess.Wheelchair accessibility: I think there are no stairs. I think we walked on a ramp from road to the store.

OMG, what a hidden GEM! The staff is AMAZING, the manager KATE is just so nice, and the young man working there is awesome (Austin?)! The other staff we didn't personally meet were busy doing a fantastic job as well. What great food, staff, and atmosphere! Perfect place for some good food and a great place to enjoy it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Watercolor is one of the best spots on Mackinac. There's so much to love about the decorations/layout. You can tell that Kate, the owner, put a lot of love into this place. I'm a seasonal employee and consider this my favorite spot to read, write, or just hang out.Their line looks long, but the wait never exceeds 20 minutes every time I've been here. (And if it does, this is a very busy island so be patient with the employees, its worth it!)The workers are all friendly and work very hard. Thanks Watercolor team :)
