This gem on Mackinaw Island has amazing quality and the best customer service on or off the island! They ordered a size they were out of in the color I liked, then shipped them for free. Plus kept me informed along the way! By the way, I love my shorts. Their clothing is a cut above the usual styles and quality.

A beautiful little shop full of quality merchandise and unique, well made souvenirs. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and took obvious pride in his inventory! Definitely the best place to find that “must have” item to commemorate your visit to Mackinac!

The moment I walked in Halina was very kind and attentive. She was very knowledgeable about all the products. The best part is she allowed us to look and purchase without hounding is every five seconds. I purchased the M IS lilac long sleeve and love it. Thank you for being a shop on the island with truly not only unique, but referenced clothing items.

Threads of Mackinac is amazing! By far the best customer service on Main Street. I love that all the designs are made in house, and the quality is super great. Erica helped me out when I came in, and she was fabulous!!! She said she was new, and yet her knowledge and customer service were top knotch. It had been my first time in, but even during the short time I was there, I could hear her great back multiple customers for their second time in that day, picking up right where they had left off. I will definitely be back!

The literal BEST attire shop on the island. All of the other shops that carry Mackinac apparel are very cheaply made and have basic/outdated designs. EVERY single design on every piece of Threads apparel is designed in-house. They display the heart and beautiful spirit of Mackinac to their patrons through their clothing. I love this shop!

This store is so wonderful, I’ve bought two items with the horse/island design because it’s amazing. We went in twice over the long weekend we’ve been here, and both Halina and the first woman that was there (I’m so sorry I missed your name) we’re wonderful. This is a great little shop with unique and thoughtful designs! I loved all the attention to little details, especially in the Icon design. After regretting not purchasing one on the island, I placed an order online and it arrived SO quickly!There had been a minor issue with the printing on the one I received, and Micah was so quick to respond and immediately put in a replacement order for me. It’s clear they care about their customers and we will definitely be returning on our next visit to the island.

We walked into Mackinac Threads and were immediately greeted warmly by Halina. She’s absolutely delightful! She was knowledgeable about the products and also of the area. We asked her for lunch and coffee house recommendations. Both were spot on. We also purchased 2 blankets that fold into a pillow. Halina is an absolute gem! The owners are lucky to have such a conscientious employee.

Threads really sets itself apart from other souvenir clothing stores! The designs are creative and on-trend, and very wearable. The items themselves are very high quality too, with most being printed on Comfort Colors or similar. Super friendly and helpful service too! We wanted to buy one of everything. Threads will definitely be our first stop next time we visit.

I had a great experience at this store! Morgan was very kind and informative. She explained to us what made their shop special and the meaning behind some of their designs.The quality of the articles of clothing is very high, and you won't find designs as clean and unique at any of the other shops.The store was clean, well-lit, and organized. Designs were available a number of cuts, sizes, and colors.I would highly recommend purchasing clothing from this store. It is a gem among the sea of souvenir stores pumping out low-quality goods.

Great store -really made an impression. The person working in the store greeted us (7/12/22) and she explained what they had to offer as well as their new logo designed by their owner, I believe. Symbolism on logo was very cool-ask about that when you go in! We purchased two quality shirts and have already checked online for more! 😊

by far our favorite shop we went into on the island! it was one of the first shops we had visited on our trip that had been planned for my birthday which had been the day we were on mackinac! the owner and other worker had been so kind and helpful! overall, a wonderful shop to visit that should be on everyone’s list!

I stopped and bought a hat and shirt today. The other shirt stores on the island seem cheap and hokey. The designs at Threads are cool and unique. Its unlike any other Mackinac shop. My wife went, bought a sweater for our daughter, and then told me to go check it out! Glad I did!
