I visited Mackinac Island last week and purchased 6 pieces of fudge! I was overwhelmed by the number of fudge places on the island but ended up at this one because some of their flavors sounded yummy!I ended up trying pistachio, chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, cherry, salted caramel and mint. Honestly, they are all delicious.I would absolutely return, or at least buy fudge online to be shipped.Also, thank you to Sarah for helping me with my selections!

They have plenty of locations on the island. The fudge was amazing. I wish we could order more than 2 flavor to try but I love the one we got too. Very thick and flavorful.

The outer pink exterior will definitely attract you for its fudge and ice creams. Ample varieties of fudges and ice creams. Shop has a different section for shakes as well.Peanut butter and Birthday cake are a must try. Even the fudge has a distinct quality to it which makes the place stand out.

Fudge is great. Just get it from here. Also if you stay at the island house, you get a discount. Very yummy!

I moved south years ago and forgot about this place. A coworker brought in fudge from another place on the island that wasn’t good, so I looked up Ryba’s again. I ordered a sampler to be sent to NC. The caramel corn and brittle are amazing. The fudges were good. Though I love mint, I’m not a fan of the chocolate mint option but the chocolate cherry is so good. Thanks for shipping a taste of MI to me!

Paid $20 for 2 ice cream cones and got so little ice cream and it wasn’t even that good. It was $6.50 I believe for 1 scoop and $3 for an additional scoop. Does that image look like 2 scoops? It was ridiculous. Don’t Go there.

They are such a fantastic fudge shop. If you have allergies, ask for the first batch. Our son has been able to safely enjoy fudge without worrying about his tree nut allergies.The customer service is fantastic, and the shop is always clean. We always hit Ryba's fudge whenever we hit the island.

We got the vanilla pecan and peanut butter. So good. We also watched them scrape fudge on their big marble table. Really fun and highly recommend.

Oh my goodness. Everything about this place is AMAZING!!! I had the strawberry pecan fudge and let me just say, that was the best fudge I’ve had in my entire life! The fudge was creamy, rich, sweet but not too sweet. I was like a dream! Then we got the ice cream and oh my goodness!!!!!! That was the best ice cream I’ve had in my life. You could tell it was homemade and it was so creamy and delicious!!!! This place is HIGHLY recommend by me and my 6 person family. (my brother liked the fudge so much he ate an entire bar in one night, he said he stomach hurt so bad but it was worth it.)

We stopped at Ryba’s Fudge Shop multiple times in our stay on the island and it was mostly because they had dairy free fudge/chocolate which couldn’t be said of all the fudge places. They also had great dairy fudge for us to bring home to friends and family!

Sampled some plain chocolate fudge from Ryba's, Joann's, Sander's, and Murdick's. They were all good but Ryba's was my favorite. Ryba's is definitely the creamiest fudge.

Poor salesmanship and service from Ryba Fudge, the self-proclaimed "best fudge in town".We were served poorly by their employee, who did not seem interested in selling fudge but was bidding her time till the end of her shift.Rather than helping us decide which flavor to choose, she wanted to put in minimum effort. God forbid we buy more and inconvenience her.Her supervisor or store owner who was around did nothing to improve the situation.We left in disgust and walked across to Murdicks Fudge where the sales staff was cheerful and helpful.

Ryba's is excellent - the smell of chocolate when you walk in the door really makes it! The employees are all super nice, and Kacine was really helpful. I also like comparing between Ryba's and Kilwin's when going to Mackinac Island. Both are amazing in different ways!

Really cute fudge shop with pink interior. The smell that wafts through near the door is amazing! You can watch them make the fudge on granite slabs and ask for free samples!They also have pecan turtles, English toffee and salt water taffy sold by the bag or bucket.The flavor of the fudge is amazing!! It's extremely fresh and light, and the best thing is that the flavor is not too overpowering or strong. It feels like a very light and smooth taste, and not super sweet. "Chocolate no nut" and "Peanut butter" are some of their popular flavors.

We ordered Ryba’s fudge for our wedding favors for our November 5th wedding. The online ordering process was so easy, customer service was awesome and fast, and the shipping was efficient and came exactly when they said it would. This was the perfect sweet take home for our northern MI wedding!

I didn't think I'd be buying fudge on this trip since developing a dairy allergy several years ago, but Ryba's makes dairy free chocolate fudge and it is AMAZING! The employee who sold it to us told us she actually prefers it to the regular fudge in the shop. It was seriously delicious!! I hope they branch out more in the future with some other flavors (maybe some dairy free peanut butter fudge!)

Our whole family was looking forward to experiencing Mackinac Island fudge. We visited several stores, but this one was clearly the winner for allergy concerns. They did an excellent job of accommodating my wife's Celiac diagnosis, and the employee was knowledgeable about the diagnosis and the process and could explain what options would be best. On top of that, the fudge was lighter and creamier than some of the other shops. We loved it!

I ended up buying 2 slices of Fudge, a Rocky Road and Chocolate Peanut Butter while visiting Mackinac Island. These were some of the best flavors of Fudge I have ever had. When we visit again I will definitely be buying these and maybe an additional slice.

We tried 4 stores and Ryba was #3 on our list of favorites. It dropped to last when the older guy in the pink polo who I saw working in the shop almost ran me over with his bike then gave me the finger.

Friendly service and best fudge I ever had!I tried the famous “original” Murdicks across the street and boy, what a disappointment! Rude service, fudge hard as a rock and ultimately rather grainy. Rybas was the real deal! Nice staff, fresh fudge, so creamy! Wouldn’t go anywhere else on the island for fudge, Im a Rybas loyalist!

Sad. Took our two nephews in for ice cream at 7:25pm last night. The two you do ladies running the shop refusedto give us two ice cream cones because they had “already washed there utensils”. If they were not serving they should have locked their doors and closed early. They would rather have two disappointed kids. Bad service. Thank goodness Sanders across the street took care of us. Much nicer staff anyway !
