Very clean store. We parked in parking lot with our RV. We stayed on the outer edge to stay out of the way. Plenty of room…. And plenty of company with other truck.I thank Walmart for letting us do this.

They wrongly towed my car and no one seems to care enough to call or email me back to provide me a solution. I love the prices here but I’m going to never shop at any walmart ever again, and I will gladly pay more.Pat your store staff have nothing but excuses for me and you seem to not care enough either to take responsibility for your stores actions.

Took my car in for service and was robbed! On February 15 2024 I went in for an oil change. On February 20 2024 I realized items were missing out of my car. Items that were under a seat ( a big bag of change) and a clear pipe and the things that go in that pipe I won't write here out of the middle console. In a legal state I am unsure why anyone would steal a used pipe and something they can buy easily. I reported this to the manager Coach Kane on the 20th. He called me on the 21st stating his security team saw nothing on the video. I am from Florida I DO NOT leave my car unlocked. I do not trust people that much. Myself and one other have access to my car. Other then Walmart changing my oil no one else has been in it... But my missing items are uncounted for?!Though it may seem like a small thing my space and trust was violated. I will be filling a police report and pressing charges against anyone who was working in the garage during that time.PLEASE ANYONE GOING TO HAVE SERVICE DONE CHECK YOU BELONGINGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I was told my local mechanics not to go there for any service. I should have listened.

Some of the worst customer service experience ever. We rarely shop at Walmart and went with family for some last minute items. The workers engaged with at the technology area ignored us and were not helpful. The cashier who checked us out was rude and unpleasant the entire time, no greeting and was condescending. Likely the last time we'll ever shop at this location.

Extremely rude customer service! I called Tuesday, February 13 @ 6:00. So whoever was working during the time was EXTREMELY rude. They thought they put the call on hold and they were talking about me while I was still on the phone. The most rude people I’ve ever talked to in my life!

Great store with friendly associates. The only thing I can complain about is company wide...STOP CHECKING RECEIPTS! If you don't trust people to check themselves out, then don't make that an option! On top of that, you are putting the people checking receipts in a very sticky and somewhat dangerous situation!

Mechanic randomly and unnecessarily marked my vehicle to repairs that have already done or just bolts they couldn’t tighten but it tightened easily over at wonderland tire company. Missing a wheel hub cab, called auto shop to find out where it was and never got a call back. Such a rip off.

This Walmart mechanics are too incompetent to take the Lugnuts off of a vehicle. If you are in a rush to get your tires, taken care of do not go here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! GO TO FREMONT WALMART! THE GUYS ACTUALLY WORK AND ARE CAPABLE OF GETTING THE JOB DONE!

They didn’t let me return a Oculus Quest 3, workers very dumb besides the one in electronics, they didn’t let me return it because the serial numbers didn’t match the headset from the box, (THERE NOT SUPPOSED TO) look it up these people are dumb smh.

3 days ago my 15 year old son spent $500 on the oculus quest 3. Today he found out he is getting one for Christmas so we come to Walmart in ludington to return it. 3 days after he purchased it from Walmart in ludington. The customer service person was handed the receipt she then tells us she cannot return it because the serial number on the headset doesn't match the number on the box. So of course I question her as to why they sold it to us with non matching series numbers and guess what... the numbers are not ever going to match. The number on the box is a lot number. But this lady tells me every other one she has returned matched. Lmao. Wow I am very unhappy with the 2 managers who pretended to help this is unbelievable

I DO NOT appreciate my online packages being delivered out in the Rain, Snow and to other people to steal !!! WHY ON EARRRRRTH! Would you have ONLY ONE LANE FOR CASH customers?!?!!! This is outrageous! To boot, the line to use cash was ATLEAST 25 people long.... 20 registers.....and ONE for cash. I leave one star only because it won't let me leave NONE. We left our cart and went to Meijer.

I know it's popular in our area, but I don't find it has the items I typically buy. It was clean and the help I received was pleasant. However, the selection feels sporadic.
