Honestly constant issues…between long wait times, prescriptions are never ready even if you called ahead a day or two. Some employees seem like they couldn’t care less if you receive a medication that is important for your health. I’d recommend elsewhere if you can. Constant stress.

First of all, it took two weeks for them to get my script ready ( fortunately just reflux I take as needed. They had to check with insurance ( never had a problem before)then they had it, then they didn’t, couldn’t find my order, finally found it when I talked to them again with specific dates. By now 2 weeks later, I was told it would be ready the following morning. I’m happy it wasn’t emergent. It’s an as necessary med, they called 30 days later said my refill was ready. I called and told them it wasn’t needed yet, she said she would take care of it. Another call today ( 2 days later) saying it was ready. I had to go through all the ridiculous buttons etc, finally got a hold of someone. She said she would take care of it once again, we shall see. Meanwhile I signed into “MyChart” and changed my pharmacy to Meijers

Had the worst customer service call trying to resolve an issue with placing an online order for pick-up. The lady was unable to help with what I needed, which isn't her fault. But she was extremely rude and made no apologies for not being able to assist.

Walgreens in Ludington isn't like anywhere else. They screw up your order, deny they did it, give you partial orders, then never fill the remainder, the techs are rude and narcissistic, pharmacists are snarky. They have no sense of treating the customer with ANY respect. They even call your Dr and get a different script without letting you know. This latest time, amazingly, my records disappeared off the computer when I asked specifically about a certain date...yet "Wayne" could see other things more recently, then told me he didn't know what I wanted, and put me on hold.If you want your prescriptions without a headache, don't go to the Ludington, MI Walgreens.

I don’t know who the lady Pharmacist is that works there. But she is absolutely rude. I asked when my meds would be ready and she responded “yeah..idk when they are ready” in a rude tone. I’ve been days without my meds because they mess it up everytime

There seems to be enough staff in the pharmacy, it is such a busy store, it seems like they can't keep. I agree that it will, on the average, take one to five hours for your RXs.They don't answer the phone but I don't understand why?I was in recently counted 8 employees just in the pharmacy. And it still took an hour while I was standing there. Why?? What is the answer? My suggestion would be to assign one person for the phone, one person to help answer questions, NO Other Purchases except RXs at the registers. Talk to the certain person about their attitude and remind them they are there to HELP PEOPLE and not to prove THAT THEY ARE RIGHT.You have to go out of your way to help customers, that's the right thing to do. Not just your own opinions but be positive and HELP DON'T ARGUE...

The store had much more staff than my Walgreens back home. That was so nice. I liked the new education fundraising t-shirt uniforms. It's also helpful that your pharmacy is open until 10.

Friendly staff, all have been very helpful and smiling the whole time. Even when they are busy. Both in Pharmacy and store.The store is clean.Not well stocked but that's every where.The only disappointment is the couponing. It's very confusing. Otherwise it be a 5 starRecommend otherwise

I called Walgreens pharmacy to refill a prescription. I was told I was third in line while I was on hold. Then I was second. I was told there was one person ahead of me. I waited 33 minutes on the phone to reach the pharmacy. Then they hung up on me after I waited all this time. I called them back and ask for the store manager. Again I was just connected from Walgreens. I made the third call and finally talk to the store manager. He said his pharmacy is up in business by 25%. There was nothing he could do because of budget has not caught up with the volume in his pharmacy department. he never addressed the length of a phone call. All he told me there was nothing he could do. This is not the first time I had an issue with Walgreens. But I really like the staff always friendly I saw. So I put up with it for so long and now I have switched to Meijer. The store manager said he was sorry but nothing he could do. That is my last experience with Walgreens pharmacy.

A million thank yous to the staff for helping my 5yr old daughter ❤ send the most perfect birthday gift to her grandmother. Meranda, Rosie and John were very helpful and had a go to attitude!We just relocated from TN and are happy to call this new location our neighborhood store!

I always go to Ludington Walgreens. John is a great help as are the other employees. They go out of their way to help customers get what they need. The pharmacy workers are efficient as well. These are hard times, and they are meeting the challenge!

The cashier was very rude and impatient with us. Wouldn’t help us out at all. When we greeted her, she said nothing. That should be the employees job is to greet customers not ignore when customers greet them.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used…..it’s so bad I’ve heard multiple people talk about how terrible it is just standing in line to get my meds (which they can barely even do). I’m sure there are good Walgreens and bad(maybe just all bad) but the Walgreens in ludington Michigan is particularly horrible.

This pharmacy is no good I went pick up my prescription and they had my meds filed under the wrong name she finally figures it out and I waited 2 more days for them to tell me they have transfer it because they don't take my insurance while my asthma is getting worse and worse they clearly didn't care because the lady got rude with me for something that was they're fault
