The employees at Wags to Wiskers are top notch! They are all so friendly, they know their client base (pets and pet parents), they know their products and offer solutions to all of my challenges. They all have fitted my dog with her harnesses, collars, leashes and active gear, which is incredibly helpful. Love them, I am a huge fan.

Every option available for your pet. Had to stock up on some meal mixers and they carry the ‘surf n turf’ dinner patties! These things are like crack for our dogs… fishy smelling and (apparently) delicious. They have the largest stock of ‘chuck-it’ toys I’ve ever seen. Friendly, fast check out and staff.

Really like their selection. Ou dog food was out of stock online and their staff was very helpful and introduced us to Solid Gold dog food for small breeds,...which is the tiny kibble size for our toydogs. Our dogs live it!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a groomer. I wouldn't even call them groomers. It was literally a cubby hole, the filthiest place I've ever been in. Also I've never paid $50.00 for my 9lb maltipoo to be "groomed"! My baby didn't even smell good. I walked around the store for 30 minutes waiting for the call to tell me she was done. I finally went in to find her half way through another chop job and my dog in a filthy crate. Why didn't she call? When I went to pay, she couldn't find the register, when she did she didn't know how to work it. So I had to go to an ATM to get cash. I wasn't told it was a cash only business. I don't know who owns the Ludington Wags store but it's very clear they have never checked in on whose renting their cubby hole! Also they didn't bother to tell me that they cut my dog's foot. When I got home I had blood on my coat and jeans, & my car upholstery. Horrible experience

This is a great pet supply store. They have a large selection of toys, foods, treats, collars, leaches, beds and everything in between! We shop here foe our two pups whenever we can.

Update: May 4, 2023 - I love this store!!! I looked all over for some doggie stairs for my Trixie, and found EXACTLY what I wanted at Wags! I am team-wags, from here on out! Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, friendly!! :0) great place! Thanks Wags Crew! Kk. :0)Super helpful staff!! They had such an amazing selection of all things for all pets. Amazing store. A teensy bit pricey... But my pups worth it!

I love the variety of animal food at this place. I also feel good and confident that I am buying good food for the dogs. There are items that are a little higher, but there are also sale items that are every bit as competitive with other stores. My hopes are that there is nothing from China in their stock.

The people in here are extremely helpful! I needed a chew bone that would not splinter for my dog. They showed me one that softens as the dog chews on it. He loves them and they don't stain rugs

I like It give my dog have a lot of choices to pick treats. And so much different kinds of dog food and negative is wish it bigger build so my newfoundland can fit thur didn't want bring her she will knock everything down in store. This is for little dogs store not for big XL dog to stopping at. 😢

It was the worse grooming I’ve ever had. I’m from Florida visiting it looks like nothing was done he is shaggy and messy and only took cash. I’m sorry I will Never recommend her to anyone. I feel completely at a loss of my grooming fee she should refunded my money so I can go to areal groomer.

Always friendly staff and tons of different things for your animals! My pups love it.*edit*I went in today looking for a new dog food because my young pup is having some digestive issues. Dina (the owner) was incredible. So very knowledgeable and welcoming. She had so many different things to try to see if it helps his tummy (and my other dog!). I am super excited to see of the changes help - I'm tired of cleaning up poop everywhere lol.

Vacationing in Ludington and our pup stepped on pine needles, saw grass and sand which made his front paw pad raw. Maude was exceptional and helped us pick up the right products to help the situation. She is a keeper!

Very nice and clean place. They also have a lot of options to choose from for every per variety. We have a bearded dragon, hamster and cats and always go here for whenever we need something. Most important to us was when we needed small crickets for our beardies and they also carry large. Crickets are healthy too which makes us feel like they are a good choice to feed our beardies. These guys are lifesavers. Only place around that carries products for "exotic" pets. Staff is very nice and helpful too.
