We have had nothing but pleasant and helpful staff work with us on several different types of projects. John in the Flooring depart is a true Pro and gentelman and is in a league of his own. The staff in Ludington overall is by far the most friendly and helpful of any HD or other big-box improvement store.

Typical Home Depot. Usually kept in pretty good stock. During my visit today, I couldn't find a few items, but the team members were very helpful and easy to find. I ended up finding everything on my list. Between Lowe's and Home Depot, I usually will choose Home Depot.

Went in for some electrical supplies and they had just what I needed. Even found some deals on items due to the holiday season. No wait at checkout and the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful.

Went in there with my service dog (they have a no pet policy) and a big Doberman tried attacking our dogs and ended up taking a big fat dump right when we were leaving. Then when we were exiting the doors someone was walking in with some type a little dog and it started yapping and jumped out of the cart trying to attack our dogs.

I ordered cabinets through the Ludington, MI home depot to be sent to Hart, MI. Those cabinets were sent to Houston, TX because of my billing address despite confirming the delivery address NUMEROUS times. I'm having a lot of difficulty getting anyone in the store to help rectify this situation. I feel like I'm being given the run around as I've been transferred to several people who tell me they will call me back with an update, but never do. This situation is still not rectified after severally days and the cabinets were ordered over a month ago. This is in addition to 2 cabinets I ordered and paid for being no longer in stock and no longer being produced. My entire project is now at a stand still while I wait for someone to find out how to get the cabinets I paid for to me.

My husband and I moved to the area in 2021 and immediately began renovations on our new home. So far we've done a complete remodel in the kitchen, built an additional bathroom, finished a walkout basement with second kitchen, replaced flooring, and had a garage built. And the Ludington Home Depot store has been a tremendous help along the way by providing materials, advice, and qualified installers to get the job done.First and foremost, their store employees are the absolute best! It's rare these days to experience such a consistently high level of custom service. But we've encountered nothing but friendly, knowledgeable people who seem genuinely happy to help in any way possible.In particular, Paul in kitchens, and Shirley in flooring were such a pleasure to work with, and their knowledge and advice made our projects almost effortless.We are equally as pleased with the handful of contractors and installers that we've hired through Home Depot. They have all been dependable, professional, and did really great work.Home renovations are never fun but it sure makes it a lot less stressful with the Ludington Home Depot team in your corner. Thank you to all!!

The late afternoon/evening customer service on 3/8/23 needs work. I was waiting for assistance to pay for a quart of paint. The clerk, was waiting on a gentleman and asked him to step to the the south side of the counter. While I stood by the register (west side) for assistance, the clerk helped this man for several minutes. The man, noticing I was waiting to for pay for an item, asked her if she wanted to help me and she waved her hand, as though dismissing me, and said "no".I do not mind waiting behind others in line and being assisted when my turn is due. This clerk had the wherewithal of my presence but never addressed and waved me off I consider to be disrespectful and rude. She could have said, "I'll be with you in a minute" or "if you're in a hurry there are self-checkouts". Nothing was said. I was not acknowledged but literally dismissed by a wave of a hand from your Customer Service Clerk.In addition, when I walked in, there was a group of employees standing by the entrance. Not one person acknowledged me walking in. Where is your customer service??From now on I will shop at Lowe's. I'm disappointed in your employees. Rather than contacting me, I suggest you invest your time in employee training.

Best service we've had in a long time! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Greeted at the door with a smile. Didn't have to hunt down someone down, staff approached us and asked if he could help us. Cashier was friendly and helpful. My husband is a veteran so discount is given to thank him for his service.

As most of us have experienced the staff with knowledge is always a very hit and miss when you go in many times you find that the staff feels like you are interrupting their day by asking them questions but the staff that is helpful is very helpful and hopefully when you go in if you find someone that is knowledgeable and what you're looking for you will have a wonderful experience and I think we've all been on the other end of that when you can't find anybody that has the knowledge yet you need for the item that you're shopping for. My last trip to home Depot I spent probably 8 hours in the store buying everything from bathroom remodeling furnace carpet paint painting supplies paint sprayer when I went in the store the first 6 hours was fantastic I found the painting department was extremely knowledgeable and helped me tremendously picking out a paint sprayer and the right paint the right tools for the job and got me everything that I needed The carpet department they did a fair job on getting me the product that I needed that they had on hand when I went out to take break and charge my phone and came back in I couldn't really find anybody to help me in furnace and bathroom so I was kind of on my own so I spent another 3 hours trying to decide and figure things out for myself which I think went okay anyway at the end of the day the staff that checked me out was fantastic they spent at least an hour checking me out with everything that I purchased throughout the day and even went into an hour after the store closed completing the purchase for them I am extremely grateful and for the staff to help that had the knowledge that I needed and they are much appreciated.

Do not shop here online. They will sell you things they do not have, and they will wait two months (despite repeated contact) to tell you that they do not have any idea when or if the item you PAID FOR will be available for pickup.My experiences with this particular store have been largely very pleasant, but I guess that's for in-store customers only. If you're shopping online, save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Rude staff. For employees in a store like this, I would expect them to know what Basic Tools, and Accessories are. Not the case. 4 out of 4 employees sent me in a different direction. I followed MY instincts, and located SOMETHING like what I need. A 5th employee, answered my question with, "I Don't know, you'll have to look over there" and pointed over her shoulder. Yes. It's the End of a Major Holiday weekend, and, people are out to fix ysrds, repair things from summer, start to get ready for winter (here-we start early) but. I feel, because I checked myself out. The hour I spent, they should pay Me. I helped two people As I was on my safari. The lady at the door, when I walked in, was Very polite.

Store is incredible. The people here are extremely helpful. It is an hour an a half from my house but they a something in stock no one else did. I called ahead to make sure it was available and Samy sought the item and had taken off the top shelf and on a cart for us when we arrived. The store was clean and very well organized.

Don't get the home depot card, never received card. Could not get the bill paid online due to lack of card. Had to pay by phone. Ended up missing first payment there is a 30 dollar late fee if minimum monthly payment is missed. Also they say 6 month interest free but it's actually defferd interest, pass your six month and you will get hit with 6 month of interest. I cancelled my card after first month.

It's home Depot. Staff was very pushy about us getting extra items at checkout for what I assume they get a bonus of some sort, almost trying to guilt us into buying. Other than that everyone was friendly.
