We are from out of town and went inside to order. It wasn't busy (6ish in the evening) so we walked right up to order. We didn't experience any of the rudeness that other people have referenced. Quite the contrary. The gal taking the order was very friendly and the gal making the drinks was equally friendly. We ordered 4 different drinks, had special requests and everyone was very helpful and kind. Drinks were all acceptable and hot (or cold depending on order). The inside was clean. Not many baked goods, but maybe they put those away in the evening. Overall a good experience. I'd go back.Parking: plenty of parking during our visit.

Rude and slow service. I travel across the country for work ordering the same drink every time, not to mention I worked at Starbucks myself for 3 years. Make the drink, charge me the cost of the drink and move on.The snarky comments and rude behavior from multiple staff members over the last 3 months that I've been coming here is extremely disappointing. It's clearly a culture and management issue because it's not just one or two people with attitude. I was so happy to learn that there was a Starbucks back in town, but at this rate, and with other awesome coffee shops and one directly across the street, this place is going to go out of business like the last one if things don't change. Customer service isn't hard. If you don't like it, get a different job.

Very busy location!!! The line was out the door on to the sidewalk but the staff was very efficient and I got my FAVORITE coffee within minutes!! Thanks Starbucks staff!!

I just love their fall apple flavors. I had an apple crisp espresso and an apple pastry (I forgot what they called it, maybe an apple croissant, but it looked more like a muffin), and they were absolutely phenomenal! Also the first time I've been in the building, it was quite cozy and seemed like a good place to read or study if one were so inclined.

I order the same drink every time I go to Starbucks, throughout the country. This morning when I went to the Ludington Starbucks I was greeted by Ruth, now idk if she was having a bad day but she was extremely rude and snarky. Stating that the way ordered my drink classifies it as a latte. Now, I was told how to order my drink by a barista who’s been with Starbucks for 10plus years while I was working in Vegas. Rude snarky comments like hers are not the first that I have had at this location. The owner of this location needs to get their staff customer service training or it’ll end up like the old one.

One of my favorite places in town! The staff’s energy is contagious and they go above and beyond for their customers all the time. Today, I took forever to grab my to-go order, and they made sure to keep my food warm for me until I got there. The best around.

I go to this Starbucks regularly and have always received fast and kind customer service. It’s one of my favorite places in Ludington, not only for coffee, but to meet with friends or to sit to get some work done. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere of this place is one of the nicer Starbucks out there. For the limited amount of employees we received our drinks at a pretty rapid pace and were treated with kindness and respect. Staff was cheerful and full of laughter, im not sure what they were laughing about, but I'm here for it as far as having fun at work. Drinks were delicious and if we're ever in town again, we'll be stopping by.

Extremely friendly and kinda quick for drive thru coffee, they would have gotten 5 stars... But the girl got the order wrong... She DID fix it after I caught it, and let me keep the mistake(but I don't drink coffee!! 😘🤪) I'm sure they'll bump it to 5 stars eventually. 😊

After multiple stops to this Starbucks it has occurred to myself and my coworkers and others in the community that we do not need to subject ourselves to this arrogant abuse. There is a level of pompous arrogance from a group of people who really could care less about the customer. These Starbucks employees believe the customers are not relevant to normal society in Ludington .We do not recommend and won’t return.Poor listening.Bad drinksPoor performance.Poor response.

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited 20 minutes to order and receive to pike coffees and 2 warm croissants. By the time we made it to the window, croissants were cold. My son and wife enjoy their croissants warm, especially when it is 28 degrees out. The shift supervisor told us there was a rush and she made it seem like we were wrong and she did not care. I asked for the store manager card, which is protocol to have, but the supervisor did not give it to me or offer any solution. This happened Sunday, today, at 10.45 am. I have been to Starbucks around the world and never had this happen. Too bad I will no longer go to this location. I will no longer recommend this location. I will also be contacting the store manager and corporate office to express my negative experience.

As far as Starbucks go this one is special, the staff are like your friends and will guide you on your journey to your next cafinated destination. Along with exploring their menu, the classics are always there for you to fall back on. Clean, well placed, awesome staff and can't wait for the seating inside to return!

I go to Starbucks often most the employees are very sweet, but this is the third time an employee was extremely rude to me when I asked for lemonade mixed with pink lemonade, she said she had “No idea what your talking about”, I did order another drink, when I got to the window a girl with short black hair glares at me. And there was only two employees working there. So let’s work on the customer!

Man oh man. Horrible experience to start my day. First they didn’t have a ton of things in stock to order so they put a huge list out and I go to order my drink and I’m getting talked to rudely like SOMEHOW it’s my fault they don’t have stuff in stock.. then not only that but they made my drink entirely WRONG. Getting extra shots of espresso should make the drink more bitter but instead my caramel frappe tasted like I was drinking straight from the caramel bottle. Sweeter than 3 birthday cakes combined. Wasted $7 on a caramel candy that I don’t even believe has any espresso in it though it clearly says it on the cup.

During our drive through Ludington, we were happy to see a Starbucks. Only the drive thru was open, so we ordered 2 venti brewed coffees with light cream. We were given 2 venti cups 3/4 full "to leave room for the cream." When we asked for a full cup, the server responded with disdain before giving us a tall coffee. Not once, after ordering, or at any other time, did our server tell us, "Thank you." The coffee tasted fine, served with a side of 'below standard' customer service.

First off, you should know that I love Starbucks coffee and have been to many of their shops around the US. I’d like to say they are trying at this location but the Service is hit or miss.I’ve tried going inside to order but the same results. Slow inconsistent service and product. They have a couple of baristas that know what they are doing and of course that makes all the difference.Starbucks music and vibe is laid back friendly, but this store plays the music way too loud. I know the masks muffle voices but with the speakers at the cash register it’s so difficult to communicate.I have ordered the cake pops only to find a half baked cake inside. Sooo disappointing and I won’t order again.I do hope the store gets their act together. All I expect is consistent good service, good product and good Starbucks coffee.

Ordered the same drink I've ordered in multiple states the same way I always order it and the barista was rude. After placing my order she told me I ordered it wrong and I should remember to order it her way in the future if that is what I wanted. I wanted a drink not to be spoken to with condescension and disdain for a sbux ludington nuance. I still said thank you and was nice because I know working in service is rough but the experience really put me off.

Manager training girl at drive thru was not a very good leader. Spoke down very poorly to the girl who seemed to have been in training. She was just making sure we were getting the drinks we ordered and he yelled at her in front of us for questioning what the drink was. I feel she was doing her job as to knowing it was what we ordered and telling us which of the 4 drinks it was. I will continue to go across the street to Bigby where I have never had that awkward situation.
