Maybe if someone still has one day left to pick up RX, just maybe you should wait until the end of the day to return RX to shelf. It's a waste of a drive for us and possible unnecessary work for you. Just a thought!

Great people but before COVID hit I had a mask on and a young gentleman didn't want to wait on me. He looked around to see if someone else would take over I felt ashamed for just worrying about my health.

I am switching pharmacies! I have had several situations where my family has needed a prescription immediately(ordered by the doctor) and the Ludington Meijer pharmacy will tell us that it won’t be available until the next day. When we explain we need the prescription immediately or will have to get it from another pharmacy, they suddenly have the medication in stock and we just need to wait a few minutes for them to fill it. Something’s not right with that. I can understand it happening once in a while but lately it’s happening too often!.This used to be a great pharmacy but something has definitely changed with policies, or management perhaps!

I absolutely love Ludington Meijer. It's always clean, shelves stocked. They actually have registers with a cashier. They don't make the customer use u-scan lane. I have found that for groceries I can usually get what I use cheaper. The pharmacy hands down is the best one I have ever used.
