Bought a washer and dryer brand new. Installed it and leveled it out on arrival. Washer was so off balance brand new out of the box that the washer when doing a small load out move across my laundry room.After contacting Lowe’s team in ludington they said we will have them swapped out. Awesome right ? Yea it would be if they didn’t send me a unit with the size of a baseball dented in the front of the washer. And if they sent me the right unit when I ordered an electric I was sent a gas. So then I call for a 3rd time and I get told not a single person in the store can help me and to call back later. If I could I would give 0 stars

I came here to say WOW! FIVE STARS! Being in customer service myself, I am hugely impressed with Lowes! Getting ready to open a store, found some doors we want to purchase on their website. We ended up visiting the Ludington location, we were explained to about the PRO CARD with every detail possible about the benefits. 24 hours later, I went and signed up, with plans of making a paint and accessories purchase. Knowing nothing about paint, except the list I had with me of what I was to purchase. SIMON walked with me through the paint section, after opening and educating me about the PRO CARD once again. He literally found everything and more that I needed to purchase. I was highly impressed and left with the WOW factor of his ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ excellent customer service. After receiving a follow up phone call this morning from JP, I had to come here and share my experience!!! Running across good customer service these days, in my opinion is extremely rare. I just want to give this store, and these guys a huge shoutout! I will definitely be bragging and encouraging anyone I know, to make purchases at Lowe’s! Today we will be ordering our lumber from them. I look forward to working with them over the next few months with this project! Thank you if you read this far! You won’t be disappointed on your visit. Oh, and the cashier definitely deserves a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review of her friendliness and efficiency upon checkout! Again, good customer service is rare! These guys rocked!

I placed an order for around $5,000 worth of product. They did not have everything and were assembling it for a single delivery. They’ve charged my credit card over $12,000 for that $5,000 purchase.I called and complained that they’re overcharging and was met with “call your credit card company”. I called my credit card company and they said call Lowe’s.I called back to customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do.

So disappointed at the direction this Lowe’s is headed. Their customer server used to be superb. Now they NEVER have checkout lanes open, it’s either self checkout or go to the other end of the store. As a contractor I’ll only go here if I absolutely have to because Home Depot right down the road and much better service there.

Beware of their return policy. I recieved a gift that I had no receipt for that I tried to return and they works not even offer me a store credit which is what I was expecting. Their return policy is bull.

Employees are usually rude and unknowledgeable. Takes a very long time to check out and employees only want to discuss rewards for 25 minutes.

I went in mainly to price out items for an upcoming project for myself. Great prices. Wide variety of brand/style choices. Every where I turned the employees were friendly and willing to assist me. Will definitely used them again for my building needs.

Have literally never had worse customer service. Talked to the robot to direct me to the lumber department. Then sat on hold for several minutes. A lady answered the phone and asked where she could direct me to, and I replied, "Lumber." So she said she would transfer me again. Then the phone picked up and it was THE SAME LADY asking where she could direct me. I said I was still trying to get to lumber. This happened 4 more times. She then said she was going to have someone come answer that specific phone she was speaking on. After being on hold for another 10 minutes, someone took me off hold, pressed a button, and hung up on me. Then I tried calling back, amd someone picked up and hung up on me again. The whole ordeal lasted almost an hour.. I never leave reviews online, and definitely never a negative one.. but when you treat customers like that and waste that much of their time, it is unacceptable. Never going to earn a dime of my money. GO TO HOME DEPOT!!

Darran was so sweet to help my friend and his step dad load the new toilet they bought. He is definitely a great customer service worker and deserves to be recognized. When I seen him in the store, he was stocking shelves, then to be outside at just the right time. Kudos Darran, thank you very much!

Aggressive end-of-season pricing on snow blowers (as of March 9) and large inventory. Literally across the street, Home Depot had a handful of high-end machines, all over $1100 at their original prices. Friendly helpful staff.

Sadly. After shopping here for years since updating my home from 2021 till now, I will not set foot in this store ever again. I purchased Mohawk flooring, spill proof and water proof. I had it professionally installed. Within a few weeks the seems started bubbling and lifting. After a few months, there were more issues. Now. My floors need to be replaced. There is lifting and bubbling throughout my house. I’m single, no kids, travel often for work so there is very little traffic. I filed a claim thru the warranty with Mohawk. I dealt with Justin Case in the flooring department who submitted my claim. He asked how I cleaned the floors after submitting the claim. I explained thru email that I followed the directions on the box with using a damp cloth and a Swiffer handle to push the cloth thru my home to clean it. I also explained that since there is very little traffic I had only cleaned my floor a couple times in the few weeks that problems started happening. He told Mohawk that I used a Swiffer and Mohawk denied the claim. The claim was not filled out correctly. Also. Mohawk customer was beyond rude, and told me a Swiffer was not supported by their warranty. I explained I used the handle to push the cloth and only used dry Swiffer for dust. She rudely told me “then go call Lowes. It’s their problem, not mine!” Very rude customer service. Mohawk tells me I need to go through Lowes and Lowes is telling me I have to go to Mohawk. Justin in flooring is no longer responding to emails and the store manger had one conversation with me where he told me it was Mohawks responsibility, which it is not because Justin did not fill out the claim correctly in explaining how the floors were cleaned. I spent $5000 on new floors for my home and they didn’t last more then a couple weeks. Now, months later, they need to be fully replaced. The customer service is terrible, they refuse to honor their warranty, and now they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointed. I have enjoyed shopping here and have spent several thousand with them. I am pursuing the flooring issue but will not ever ship here again.

Normally a good store, but it sucked so much this time. I was looking for a new kitchen sink, some crimps for my bathtub replumbing project and just the manifold/valve for the tub. Gary, in plumbing, had the nerve to try to tell me I had to buy the whole shower fixture (spout, showerhead, on/off knobs - for no less than $100.00) just to get the one part I needed. I knew better and told him so. He also tried to convince me that the sharkbites where you just push the pipe into it (rather than use crimps or rings) was the best. I told him what he was recommending was only for temporary use as they leak, and might even be illegal to use (as several plumbers had said in the many videos and groups I was in while researching my needs before coming to Lowes). I told him I did not want to buy the whole shower assembly and didn't want the sharkbite connectors he was recommending, and yet he still insulted my intelligence by turning to explain everything to my husband, who had come up to us at that time. It was like he wasn't going to convince me, a woman (who knew what she wanted and didn't, thank you very much) and thought the "man" would be the one to make the call on the purchase. My husband just turned and left as he didn't appreciate being put in that position either. He also said he had found a wallet out in front of the store and being the good guy he is, he brought it into the front service counter and told them where he found it. He said they didn't say thank you or anything else but ok, as if they didn't care he'd done a good thing. He didn't do it for the praise, but it sure would have been nice to have employees who cared enough to at least act happy at what he had done, and that wouldn't tell customers things that aren't right. I went down the street and bought the exact thing I needed from Home Depot for @$50.00 - saving myself over $40.00 and I'm able to use my same shower assembly (recycle, reduce, reuse, people) and not make more waste for the landfill, which is what would have happened if I had taken Gary's advice. 😡

Almost always have what I need I store, if not can be orders in quickly. Only three stores because the customer service is lacking. Especially when you get in to installation services. It’s handled by too many different people and not one of them can keep you in the loop about your service.

We were up at our cabin in Ruby Creek to stain our deck. We had had the stain matched and mixed at the Muskegon Lowe's (where we live). When we opened the can, it was obviously the wrong color(mustard yellow).I called the Ludington Lowe's and spoke with Jacob in the paint department. He was very apologetic and offered to make it right for us. He went above and beyond for us and solved our problem. Lowe's is very lucky to have such an outstanding employee.

This Lowe's is clean and well-stocked. Even the parking lot is clean! Several employees approached us to ask if we needed help. I actually spoke to the manager to let him know how satisfied we were with the help we received. I love that my dog can go in, and they have treats at the register. Great experience all around.

It was terrible. We bought all new appliances from them. By the time we finally got the dryer hooked up it has been 4 months. Just today actually. It just took forever to finally get our appliances and have them switched to propane. We were not happy at all. Never go there again.

Very impressed with the employee I talked with in household appliances. He knew the brand of what I was looking for before I had a chance to say and directed me to the information I needed to be able to get the item I was looking for. People who know about the things they are selling are definite assets to their employer.Update 12/29/22: the young man that helped us check out today was very patient with my unusual payment requests. I had a gift card number and pin on my phone and had to pay the rest of my bill (over $70) in $1 bills. It took significant time for me to count out the money, then he double checked my count (as well he should), and he still had plenty of patience for us. Kudos, dude!

We were looking for pipe and while the guy were getting that looked at new refrigerators. Really great selection and the prices fit most budgets. There was a sales man helping us explaining everything so very helpful. Really nice left there knowing way more than I started with. Thank you there was also a guy cutting the pipe for us it was a great day.
