These ladies go above and beyond❤❤❤💯 a note I've seen as many times as I go in, people stand by the front doors by the register and are often not seen because of the tiers of the counter, and most of them are short don't be afraid to speak up they always apologize genuinely, there is a sign hanging at the register, stand there and you will be seen. Loving their 50% off red dot sale!!!

Good selection of clothes and fairly low prices. The customer service could be better however. I wasn't greeted when I came in and the cashier barely spoke 3 words to me, and never said thank you. I would have appreciated at least a hello and maybe to be asked if I need help looking for anything. It makes customers feel awkward when you don't even acknowledge them.

Love this place! The ladies work hard to keep things nice and looking great. Their always trying to keep the new clothing coming in to be put out and they always have a friendly smile. It's always good to hear them laugh and have a good time with their customers. The prices beat going to Muskegon and shopping online. And they don't have a problem with returns like allot of stores. Not to mention their selection is the best in Ludington.

Absolutely the worst customer services ever. The girls were joking and laughing when I came. They never said hi or anything. Then I stood at the check out for 3-5 with stuff to purchase and was completely ignored. A girl was working on the other side and could have at least said I'll be there in a minute. Nope, nothing. Left the clothing on the counter and left. I will not be back

I love this place. Nice clothes that are reasonably priced. Last time I was there someone had their dog in there that happily kept my 2 year old busy while I shopped. The staff are really great people.

You lost out on a large sale. Stopped at the store at 7:45p, you supposedly close at 8p. The sign was lit you were open, the door was locked. We where looking to buy a minimum 4 days worth of outfits because we had a suitcase full of clothes stolen. Thinking your store would be a saving grace, it turned out to be a huge disappointment and let down due to your lazy staff.

I feel like sometimes I walk in here and find tons of great deals, while other times I don't find a darn thing. The racks are also super packed in together and it makes me a bit claustrophobic.
