Second hand stores are the bomb! I've always loved Goodwill, this location is one of the better ones that I've been to. It's always clean and organized and well laid out. The employees are always really nice too.

Not well organized, often dirty & messy.. BUT: nice staff and occasionally a great find. Goes to a good cause... just wish you could leave a "wish list' for large items to get a call if they come across what you are looking for.Their "Price management" lacks a LOT-- many non-clothing items often priced HIGHER than Walmart or on-line!

The manager, Lisa, after THEIR machine didn't give me my receipt, was so dense, that she argued with me that it hadn't gone through on my debit card and her poor worker SAW it with her own eyes couldn't say anything to miss stupid because she was scared! Lisa had to go in the back to ask her IT Dept on the phone if SHE was correct, which she wasn't. She ended up charging me TWICE for my purchase and I haven't returned. Worst customer service ever. She couldn't even apologize. I'll Never donate again there either and I've been spreading the word.

Great place! Definitely one of the better Goodwills I have been to, although their selection doesn’t have as many name brands as some others. The staff is very friendly and personable, and overall the place is just very clean!

This would be a great place to shop if it wasn't for poor management and phony customer service by some. They mark up some prices after corporate sends prepriced product. There are good people here but favoritism here and bad management hold back how good this store could be.

We usually stop when we go to Ludington. I have found some great deals in this store. Today was a good day to stop and even though they were busy the staff was still polite and patient!

I find the service hit or miss. Either super helpful and friendly or irratated and best to be avoided. This goodwill usually has good things in the "man" section. Cant complain because goodwills get fewer as you go north.

The staff are usually super helpful...today they were looking to close soon and it felt like they had no time for customers asking for help.The dressing rooms are not open. Bathrooms are not open. Just wierd.

August Goodwill store I want I work there too in Ludington Michigan and all they do is abused people that are disabled there are terrible terrible company and they should be shut down because all they do is Slade drive people that are disabled and they pay on minimum wage they're terrible I know a guy that was working there he was a sweet guy and he probably still working there and probably still get a minimum wage it's a terrible company least in Ludington Michigan

everything is overpriced for being donated and usually extremely outdated. They have expensive "new" merchandise or expensive old stuff. Plus nancy is a no go for me. not a nice lady at all

The Ludington Goodwill store is very clean, and the staff are helpful and courteous. There is always a good deal waiting to be found.
