Ridiculous pricing. 6 dollars for salid dressing I get at Walmart for 3. 9 Dollard for a pre-made salid. I miss shop n save. Store was clean though and they have random 10 for 10 sales

Nice grocery store in Ludington. Excellent selection of craft beers. We typically go here around the holidays to find smaller turkeys we cannot locate elsewhere.

We were camping in Ludington and were happy to find this grocery store. There were some chain grocery stores in the area, but we would much rather go to a local store. The store is large, clean, and very well stocked. Beer selection was outstanding. All the folks working there were very friendly and helpful. They gave me a senior discount without asking my age ): . Just kidding, I had to show my ID for all the beer that I purchased. I was glad that this store was available to us during our vacation. If I lived in the area I would go here all the time.

My favorite grocery store in Ludington! In the summer, they stock smaller, vacation sized items like mayo, so they are great for vacationers. The staff is helpful and they carry your groceries to your car!

I love going in and checking out the managers specials. I wish they would have the produce and canned goods more easy to access. Frozen foods and alcohol are not really my thing. Also hoping they will participate in the Flashfoods app soon as their chain does in Grand Rapids

Seeing this business change management over the past 35 years has been interesting to see. It's been different for it to be a Family Fare now. I'm bummed that so many prodicts we used to get are gone, but there are some new ones as well. I spoke with thr manager and he was very friendly and helpful any time over spoken with him. He checked into a few products for me and some can be ordered back in if needed. Staff is always helpful, and the appearance in the store with new company change does look nice. Still one of my stops for groceries.

So set up an order with the deli 2 weeks before I needed it and even gave an exact time of when I would be there to get my order. They never made my order and then the manager couldn't even muster up "I'm sorry" or anything. I got I don't know what to tell you we don't have it. Way to prove your customer service training doesn't exist at all with this store

They just changed over from Shop n Save to Family Fare. While they say everything's the same, it's not. It's BETTER. You can tell there is new energy with improved displays and improved cleanliness (even tho it's almost always clean, there is less dust in places i noticed). Staff seems to be running like a smooth machine now. I liked my first trip under the new banner and will go back more often because of these changes!

This is a relatively new Family Fare. It was a different store prior and changed ownership/ names. The signage isn't up to date. We were in town for a tennis tournament and needed additional food supplies. This was a great place to go for some pasta salads. The store staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent sale on meat. Higher prices on many things than other grocery stores in town. Self-help lady didn't know how to do the coupons correctly and wanted to argue (ugh). Had to get a manager to help teach her better skills and attitude.

Cute grocery store, good selection of deli meats and cheeses. Beer and alcohol selections are great. Sales and member perks are always nice for $avings.

This is a great low price grocery store.Although you've got to watch out sometimes stuff like certain ice creams and other things are super expensive.But there are lots of two for one and buy , one half off etc. Kind of a low end grocery store but great savings and a decent selection.Just be careful because not everything is a good deal.

Great customer service, mostly clean store. The womens room has 2 or 3 stalls out of order, but I'm sure that'll get fixed. Biggest and nicest family fare I've been in.

Very clean store with a small town feel. They still ask for paper or plastic and someone brings your bags to your car. The deli meat, cheese, and salads were very good. My only concern is the young guy working in the deli. He could really use a coaching session. When I was waiting my turn the woman he was waiting on told him he was being rude. Instead of apologizing he argued with her. He was smug and sarcastic. The other deli workers didn't really know what to say. I'm not sure if one of them is in a higher rank of authority but it would have been nice if one of them would have stepped in and told the guy they would take over. That young guy definitely didn't make his grandma proud that day.

Nice clerks until they have to problem solve. The scanners will rip you of fast. Asked about Yes - was given the wrong answer. Scanned a Yes - didn't work. Mentioned 3 times the apple sauce was not ringing up correctly... before she even acknowledged I pointed it out it. Then spent time going thru the shopper saying - don't see that sale, so i took a pic of the sign, then said oh maybe it has expired, then said oh maybe the Yes is not working like she instructed. Three helpers trying to figure it out.Best part was when the Manager came over and told me I was causing him a "bad day." Love the fact that he had no problem just acting like that toward me. Better me a nice lady and not say anything about the rip off! Sure sure... Get your scanners right and train your people better. Just sick of the unsuspecting rip off coupled with indignation from a Man slothy manager. Won't go back. Too bad too seemed like it would be a nice store but, i don't want to have to audit them to make them honest. (Three lies a check out my limit). Canceled order and lost the 45 minutes of my life. Roll the tape - all provable. Next step AG - get your scanners right.

I found the items I needed when stopping by, although there were many areas that were not stocked fully. Prices X are higher too. But, the bakery items I needed were there & fresh.

Some stuff is priced Really decent, other stuff is Outrageous. It's a small town.. Best to Shop Around, before you Shop. I buy about 1/3 of my monthly grocery items here, and some stuff at Walmart, Aldi's. The App is Very Valuable.

Bought a homemade ham & cheese ball from deli. When serving, realized it was just cream cheese rolled in a ball then the ball rolled in ham, onions, and shredded cheese. Should have just bought a block of.cream cheese.
