Needed to find one item quick, and exchange out an item. Found the thing we needed fast and these guys took great care of our exchange. Easy process, store is clean and organized, Logan checked us out and was very knowledgeable and personable. Five stars for this Dunham's visit!Another visit recently and i just love their selection of women's athletic working clothing. Also got a winter coat on a killer sale!👍

We were trying to buy a new fishing net marked at $56.99. Our 15% off coupon would have made the total with sales tax less than $51, however we were charged $58...the cashier tried to rectify, but it wouldn't work. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

Rude management. I was in earlier with a purchase, and the prices came through at a sale price. When cashier checked, she came by and said, well that was wrong. Not nicely, not, sorry, it's not that price. Just her answer, nope, can't do it.. this is for $2 times 2. I've always had such good luck with management, but this was someone new.

Good supply of gear at a far prices. Some of the staff is very uneducated with equipment they're selling. With crossbows and fire arms that is a must have.

Needed to buy a shotgun for Turkey season as the one I brought had issues. Never had a store refuse my CPL as proof of a background check. Basically felt like a criminal the whole time I was dealing with the horrible girl behind the counter. Very rude and bossy. Store polices are a joke . I had to give her my ID before I could hold a gun. What that does not sure. If I could have gone somewhere else I would have.The saving grace was I like the gun I bought and feel it was a good value.

We hadn't been here in a while but were very surprised by the amount of inventory they had. No great deals to be had this trip but I do watch their sales flyer.

The service is horrible. Went in with my wife to get her some good shoes. To gals watched us looking at shoes as they stood there talking!! We had to ask for help. Wife asked to try on on a par of shoes. Not sure on size she would need she asked for a 6 wide and a 6 and a half. She came back with 7 handed them to her and walked away. Never to been seen again. Needless to say we spent $150.00 dollars else where. And I won't get started on the exercises bike we wanted buy after the third trip in and the manager telling us she would be right back to help us again never to been seen till we walked by her on the way out she was eating her lunch at the front counter as we walked out. I said thanks for the help. And pushed the button to buy the same bike from Amazon for more than it was on sale for there.

Well this is now the 3rd time over the last 6 weeks I have checked the flyer and called the Ludington, MI Dunham's store to check on a shotgun. Each time I was told "YES, We have that one on hand." I made a 26 mile trip from my house to the Store, wait for an employee to help me out and be told that particular weapon ( the one on sale in thier flyer) is not in stock and has not been for about a month. So at the moment I am not a happy customer, nor am I likely to shop at that store again as all they wish to do is upsell me another shotgun at 3 to 4 times the price. I have also stopped to check on a revolver supposedly "on Sale" for $119.99 to find it is not available ( in stock) but the same type ( name brand and model) is available but at $169.99) Tis nothing but a bait and switch program in my view. My assistant today was the Store manager. Since this is 3rd time with same experience, I have decided to cross them off my list of places to shop for any thing at all. I value Honesty and disapprove of this activity.

I bought a sweatshirt for our daughter from here for Christmas & didn’t notice there was a hole in it. They won’t exchange it & we spend money in your store all of the time. We won’t be anymore. You can tell this sweatshirt is new. We just spent $200 yesterday at the Dunham’s in Big Rapids.

I went yesterday to Dunham's to buy new shoes and the lady who helped me was very nice but when I went to check out the young lady at the checkout was extremely rude. She was on the phone talking about her personal life and was very short with me. I ran my card and she would say "hit the green button" so I would and my card was declined 4 times. Finally she got off the phone and was very rude about my card not working. FINALLY she asked if it is credit or debit and realizes she was telling me to hit the wrong button the entire time but still made it feel like it was my fault. She didn't have a single nice word to say - no thank you or anything. I'm a customer spending good money on your products - don't act like dealing with me is such a hassle when you are the one getting paid.

I like Dunham's. Bought a blind a day after a two day sale but missed it. $10 is not a lot of money, but when I asked if they would honor it a day later they seemed inconvenienced and put off. I will go back, but I would hope making a customer happy is a priority, did not feel it at that moment.

Im not sure why the Ludington Dunhams has so many bad reviews, Ive never had a bad experience! The store is well maintained and good prices. I have been in there many many times for anything from shoes to guns. The selection in some departments are limited (Fishing was my only real issue) but even so there is anything that you will really need for an outing in my opinion. The guy working the hunting and fishing department is awesome and seems quite knowledgeable (early 20s I would imagine). He always smiling and willing to help. They also now sell hand guns which is plus.The young girl (low to mid 20s if ! had to guess) that always seems to be running the shoe department seems to have her department well organized and crisp however she could probably use another associate to help her out from time to time since she seems to be doing everything by herself. She has also helped me in firearms when I was looking for a 30.06. in the absence of the regular guy running the gun counter, very helpful there too.The store manager has always been very kind to me and answers my questions whenever I have them. only complaint is that there is never a lot of workers staffed at once.

Tried to make a purchase there today but could not get any help, two girls just stayed at the cash register after being asked for assistance, doing nothing I might add because there were no customers. I had already selected one pair of boots to purchase and needed help with shoes. Ended up leaving without buying anything and will not go back. The girls were still chatting as I left the store and could have cared less.

This place is a bunch of kids, literally 16-19 years old. Its almost impossible to get help, this place is FILTHY, and the emoyees take no interest in the products and having no knowledge of their store's merchandise. I will be going online for all my outdoor needs, as this place is literally right across the street. Its a dump.
