Had a terrible experience at the Ludington store today. I’m not one to write reviews but I am pregnant and the cashier and manager both almost made me cry by how rude they were. I went in today to get balloons for my gender reveal and was treated like I was an inconvenience. The cashier left me and went back to help customers in the middle of taking care of me and then turned around and said “do you need MORE?!” and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me as she called the manager up. The manager came up and was clearly annoyed. At first she refused to help me tie the balloons to the weights until I spoke up. Just felt like I was such an inconvenience and they truly did not want to help me. Very disappointing and a terrible start to what was suppose to be a fun day. I won’t go back.

Store #3225 in Ludington. The experience was fine until we checked out. The cashier was great but when we gave $100 to pay our $55 bill, he needed to get change from a manager. Upon showing the manager the bill ( who was in the office with another worker while the one cashiers line continued to grow) she said loudly "SERIOUSLY!?". And stomped over to the other register to take of other customers while the other worker got our cashier change. The problem isn't that the cashier didn't have a simple $45 in change in the register. That happens. The attitude shown because those two workers sit down and be lazy time was interrupted to assist the one cashier working is the problem here.

I would prefer, hand sanitizer, if nobody is cleaning carts. This store is not dirty, but, it should offer some kind of sanitizer available. Otherwise, lots of good finds, from tins, to food, to "Hard Core Cleaning Supplies" like Original Ajax with bleach, powder. Some of the best stuff, for $1. I am an artist, multimedia art, as well as a baker, I get a lot of my packaging supplies, or, items to Create packages- from this location. I'd like to see the craft section get larger. But. I'd like to see that Everywhere.

4 stars for the management and staff. They're always helpful, pleasant as can be, and busting *** to keep the place running smooth and efficient. It would be 5 stars if they carried the same size packaging as other stores, and better variety. Stop carrying the out of date and wayyyyy off brand companies and get some brand names in that people are comfortable with.

Boy,,, do they need help! Aisles (many) were blocked by boxed merchandise that needed to be stocked.Shelves were a mess.Checkout person was very very pleasant, and I was greeted at the door.But,, they need new help.

I used to really like Dollar tree. Now it seems like it's the same stuff there was when I was a kid and most of the store is dedicated solely to whatever the holiday after next is.

I came in today just for greeting cards. I bought 3, but couldn't find 2: brother Father's Day & another type. Checkout was easy & the clerk very friendly.

I went to the store a few minutes before 9pm. The door was locked. I understand its Friday night and u want to leave but dont lock your doors early . i went to Wal-Mart and bought 2 highlight yellow pens for 59 cents instead of $1

I like shopping at Dollar Tree stores. It's nice to know that everything is one dollar....makes it easy.They have a good selection various items. We were able to find all of our Halloween decorations at this store.

I think the dollar tree is going to have some competition. They should have left there items at a dollar. I can get a lot of the same items cheaper at Walmart or even the grocery store.

very rude workers, give the snottiest answers when a customer ask a simple question i don’t appreciate it and you should invest in different workers. They have no respect.

Dollar tree sells their things for a dollar for a reason. It's cheep, and made just the same. Some things yes, they save me money on. Other things are actually more expensive than going to Meijer or Walmart.

Great bargains at a true dollar store where everything is a dollar. Some junk here too but a smart shopper can get genuine bargains here.
