Went there on Sunday March 24th 2024, store said it was open at 8, I got there at 8:05 and the employee waved me off pretty much saying they weren’t open…..

The first problem I have with the store is that there are constantly carts and boxes full of merchandise that need to be put away all over the store. There are so many that it makes it difficult to walk down the aisles or see half of what's on the shelves. My second issue is with the large amount of products that are out of stock. I expect a few items to be out at a time, but here you find several items per shelf that are out of stock. It's incredibly difficult to complete your shopping when half of what you need you can't find. My biggest problem, however, with this store is the complete lack of customer service! No one ever greets you when you walk in the door and every time I've gone to cash out I've had to go looking for a worker. Today there was a line of four or five people waiting to check out and no workers in sight. I understand that they're busy putting away merchandise, maybe trying to take care of the problem I mentioned earlier, but customer service should always come first. It seems the store needs not only more workers but better trained ones, including management. You would think no one was managing this location based on the state of things.

It's been years since I've been to Dollar General. This specific location feels pretty crowded compared to others I've been to, but it's really clean and the employees are helpful and courteous. I'm not just saying this because my sister works at a Dollar General either. I have never been dissatisfied with a visit to this Dollar General, even if they don't have the item I'm looking for.

Dirty, above capacity, shelves with stuff just shoved on them. I don't stop, unless it's a quick in and out, for something insignificant. Employees are always off, "busy" usually in pairs or groups. It's a sad thing, Family Dollar closed- and This is the option we have...

They left a sensor on my purchase then would not remove it when i brought it back the next day and the manager was very rude to me. So now i own a pair of leggings that i paid for with a sensor They Neglected to take off now its my problem.

I questioned the cashier why an item was ringing up as $5.65 when it was marked on clearance for a dollar and she was like I don't know and I don't care, your total is $15.83. I'm like well excuse me, but it's marked for a dollar so can you either change it or take it off. So amidst all the huffy breathing and smacking her lips she changed it, then she was like, I changed the price, what else do you want? What makes it so bad is that this employee was a part of management, judging by the fact that she didn't have to call a manager for approval of a price change. I won't be going back here. I suggest you don't either

Usually it would rate higher. Covid cut down supply chain so they were out of stuff. They had aisles with carts of product to stock. Staff very pleasant!

It's not a very clean store, they need to do alot of cleanup. And some things are so expensive that you can get cheaper at Walmart. Most of there stuff is cheap. Your better off going to Dollar tree which is way too

Had the worst experience with either a stupid or rude cashier who acted like everyone was the biggest inconvenience to her. As I walked out I heard her mutter under her breath another rude comment and i had several items ring up for more than the price on them.

I got to store at 855 walked in door and was immediatly stopped by employee ( as she left customer at register that she was ringing up) to be told the store was closed ..I was like I have 5 more mins she said "no we are closed" very rudely..someone must have wanted out..will not return as I go here all the time..was never treated this rudely as many times I have gone here

Store is dirty, hard to walk thru the store with so much clutter, not stocked well lots of holes, rude customer service. Isles that you cant get down. Poorly ran
