Very accommodating with our last minute plans 2 DAYS IN A ROW while visiting the area on our vacation!! Very happy with the service. Our normal doggy daycare place that we've used the last 3 years near Michigan Adventures suddenly implemented a new policy that supposedly took into action 2 years ago that you cannot book a day care the day of.... even though we have in the past all 3 times and nothing has ever been said. Anderson creek kennels is our new go to if we are in the area. Thank you to the wonderful staff that is taking care of our pups!!

This is Peanut, and she LOVES Anderson Creek Kennels! She gets so excited when we turn down the road where they're located. The ladies who work there are always so lovely and happy and the owner is a kind and considerate man. Peanut has been staying with them exclusively for the past 3 years and I've no plans to send her anywhere else!

If you need a place to take your fur babies when you can't be there for them or are unable to bring them along with you, Anderson Creek Kennels is the place for you and your pet to go. They are so incredibly caring and do an awesome job to see that your fur baby's stay is amazing. They even post pics each day so you can check up on them while you are away. Highly recommend!

First kennel stay for our pup and they were great! Took her on walks and made sure she has everything she needed to feel at home. Also love that they take photos throughout the day so you can see what your pet is up to. Will definitely go there again next time we're in town.

Friendly and loving towards the animals - they treat them as if they were their own! I have three dogs and they love being at the Kennel! The staff is amazing - the dogs are walked and played with, they take pictures and post them for us to see, and we parents are treated well also! Highly recommend this Kennel!

Was not very impressed with this place. Dogs are put in box animal cages, stacked two high. In a small room, big dogs, med dogs n small dogs all barking at the same time ! ! They have to be taken out of their cage for potty time. Which is a couple of outside cages runs, that several dogs use each day. Stacked cage area had a strong smell of urine ! When I picked up my pup her blankets smelled of urine. Staff said she spilled her water on her blankets. Not the case, she had urinated on her blankets.My pup is totally potty trained !That tells me she was not taken out to potty in an appropriate time period. She can go for eleven hours without a potty break. Someone wasn't doing their job!I only left her there (on a Monday) for less then 24 hrs.It was a emergency situation.Tried to get a tour on Friday but said they were to busy n didn't do tours on the weekend. So I didn't know until I dropped my puppy off (got my tour at that time) that she would be in this small cage ! Under the circumstances I didn't have a choice, unfortunately !Also this place doesn't seem to be staff full time. I was very disappointed with these accommodations. Being caged in a small box without a potty run n not staffed full time is unacceptable !If your thinking of using the Anderson Kennels, plz take a tour before you decide. Also if you don't ask for a tour you will not be allowed inside. You pull into the parking lot, call the kennel n they come to your csr n get your pet. I have left my pets several times over the years at different kennels, all over the U.S., Have never been so disappointed with accommodation for my pet ! !

Clean, organized, clearly love their clients. My dogs are more than happy to kennel at Anderson Creek. They come home tired and relaxed. And I love that AKC shares pictures of my fur faces every day. They are responsive to questions, and never hesitate to call me if they need information. Highly recommended!

Anderson Creek has been taking care of our dogs Zena and now Bear for many years. Can’t even begin to tell you how amazing they are. We miss our fur baby but never worry because they take such good care of him. We love seeing your post on Facebook of Bear running and playing. Such a sweet family that loves all the animals. My dog loved going the creek and his walks. My dog was comfortable with them right away when he met them❤. I would take him back to Anderson's if he needed to be boarded again.

We recently used ACK for the first time for our pups when we went on vacation. I love the picture updates, however, upon picking them up our pups were very sick. They were all 3 coughing, vomiting, had fevers and not eating. We took them to the vet who said we are not the first clients to have had this problem after using ACK. I would have wanted to know before boarding my dogs with them and have saved the $$ we are now paying in vet bills. I called ACK before I took them to the vet and they were aware of the sickness and yet they did not offer to fix anything. Very sad to be going through this.

So happy to have found ACK! It was our first time boarding our three Pitbulls and we were pretty nervous about it. Even with our one dogs extreme anxiety, the staff assured me they would make sure she was ok and give her her medication if she was too stressed out and keep an eye on all of them. She didn’t need any meds and all our dogs looked like they had a great time. We particularly liked that they had outdoor play time and places to relax on the fresh air with access to inside vs only being inside like others. It’s awesome to see daily pics to know they are being taken care of, and the staff literally loved them as much as we do! Very thankful, we will be using them often!

This place is great! They treat your pets as their own. If you like their facebook page you can see posts with photos of your pet. Wonderful place my dogs always stay there when ever we are away.
