Fantastic store with everything I needed. Both workers at the front of the store were super nice and took care of me. Joshua in the back helped me load my truck and was extremely friendly. Definitely a well run store. I would drive the extra miles just for the people.

Most of the time the staff is super friendly. Today I went in and walked by the cashier, who was too distracted by her phone to say hi or welcome or to even look up. Once I got to the back of the store, the usual welcoming management staff was nice and cordial. But not a fan of cashiers who stare at their phones rather than welcome patrons.

Never a bad experience. Plenty of customer service. Love the new pickup system parking lot or in store. Some staff are very knowledgeable in particular departments. All staff are helpful even when busy. We shop 3 area stores, Lowell is closest. GURA! =)

Very nice place! You can take your dog inside ( obviously on leash!) And they will give them a treat when you check out. Always go here for horse grain, but they also have some really nice winter appearal. I've gotten a couple shirts from there and they are super comfortable. They staff is also super nice and helpful!

Great variety of products at some good prices. Picked up a 50 pack of a variety of coin cell batteries for 8 bucks I believe. You pay that for 3 at the grocery store. Very friendly staff too, will definitely start shopping here more!

Store is being run like a Food Service Operation. Banners are waved for Mission's and Values , however you won't find those here. Protocol is thrown out the window in order to allow for an internal theft rate of 50% of their Total Loss. Employees who have been employed in industry for 20+ years are cast to the side to make way for those who have not earned a single stripe. My experience with the Team made me physically sick to my stomach.Anyone who shops here should be considered accessory to organized crime.Shame.

Called Ionia. I was looking at Men's shirts online. Had a hard time figuring out if they were in stock. I gave up online and decided to call the store. They were very helpful. Checked inventory for me so I decided to drive to the store to pick them up. From Parnell... Lowell didn't have the sizes I needed.

I needed dog food so I stopped at tractor supply. I buy dog food there because I think they have a good value in their dog food. My dog seems to do well on the food I get there and really the price is great. Whenever I go there I check out the clearance stuff and picked up a couple things there. I think a hunting knife and a screw driver. The cashier treated me like an old friend as I checked out helped me to decide what candy to get and was very nice. Always treated good there

Manager named Rich at the Lowell, Michigan store would not price match and rudely told me, "Then just walk down the road to another store" and walked away as if I were nothing. I will never use this location again, Manager Rich should learn customer service, hopefully his boss reads this and repremands him for his rudeness and poor customer service.

They were very helpful. We were looking for a a couple products and they showed us everything they had in store plus what we could get online from their kiosk. They held a product for us, after we purchased it, because we needed to rent a uhaul to bring it home. They also loaded into the uhaul for us. They also helped us load another product into our van because it was to heavy for us to do. Very grateful for all the help and thoughtfulness.

Very helpful staff. Everytime I've ever needed an odd part for my mower or snowblower they've done everything they can to get it for me. Pricing is fair, not as cheap as the internet but not far off either. Really knowledgeable if you're looking for help
