First time I've ever had an animal groomed. They did a fantastic job grooming my kitty. Had her washed, dried, brushed/de-matted/trimmed and nails done in less than 2hrs. She smells and looks amazing! Will definitely be returning.

She quit grooming our little Shih-poo said she bit her really good. When we went to pick our dog up there were no visible bite marks or any type of bandages. I offered a muzzle several times and she said no that she knows how to handle a dog like her. Holly would take her all day and take her time but with the new building I feel she didn't have time for a routine she set up. These pictures are our little girl in need of a grooming appointment. I took the pictures down because they were posted to her page with out my review, and I don't want my dogs pictures part of her advertising to get new clients.

Holly is very knowledgeable with all kinds of Critters. Holly is professional yet down-to-earth. She is the only groomer my dog hasnat Bit. Lol she also cuts my dog's nails short enough that I don't have to come in every other week with three dogs whose nails grow very fast that in itself is a blessing. I recommend Holly to everyone I know

Called Holly first time going there. My Aussiedoddle needed to be done ASAP and she was soooo kind to squeeze us in with already a full day scheduled. My dog looks awesome she did a wonderful job. So thankful and so is my dog.

Our dog was very well taken care of here. He was never too traumatized ;) (he's a very sensitive little dog). They always do very good jobs. We'll definitely be using Holly's Critter Care for all our dog-grooming needs!

Took my sweet little dogs here one time for grooming and my girl had her paw sliced and cauterized!!!! Didn’t get a phone call when it happened, my poor pup couldn’t put any weight on it because it hurt her so badly. Owner was very unsympathetic and rude. Highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want your pets treated with any decency.

Very happy with her ability to bond with Barstow, my skittish, sometimes unpredictable border collie. They were like best buds when I picked him up.04-November-2021UPDATE; Holly's has been elevated to hero status. I showed up last week, very near closing time, with a very foul smelling, matted, filthy wreck of a canine. They took him in without hesitation and 90 minutes later I picked up a clean, silky, aroma free boy. I'm very pleased and impressed.
