We adopted our little girl, now named Lucy Gray (Cranberry Sauce) almost 2 months ago now. It was one of the best things we could have done. She is so loving and perfect for our family. I just wanted to thank the staff, from the Manager to both front employees that I interacted with (I wish I remembered everyone's name). They made our adoption process smooth and easy. I called ahead and they had Lucy Gray ready for me when I got there. They offered me a wonderful adoption package that came with everything we needed for her for free. Everyone was just extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this pet store anyday of the week. We love our little Lucy Gray. She was really skinny when we adopted her. She has gained nearly 4 pounds since then. She has a very healthy diet routine now. Also, one of the things that her bio said online when we found her adoption page was that she never wanted to spend another night in the cold or have another missed meal. I can reassure you that will never again. She is doing wonderful and having a blast with her new family. Thank you so much again for our new little one. I added some photos. Nice but basic... nothing fancy but they have great dog grooming services. Fish department is lacking but clean and not messy with dead fish like in the Big chain stores. KEEP up the good work. Great place for community members to go. They don't have to drive all the way to the other sides of LIVONIA to get what they need.

I highly recommend this place. They give excellent customer service. The feeders for my lizards weren’t right & died immediately before my lizards could eat the food & the crickets were too small ( maybe a bad batch) & they helped me & refunded my purchases promptly. I will definitely be back for more pet purchases. I haven’t experienced a business care as much about their products & services as this one does. Thank you 😊

I’ve always loved and supported Premier Per supply, because they are local Michigan grown business and they offer the highest quality everything. I’m always grateful for their customer service and super nice employees. Kyle took care of me at the register today and was so sweet and efficient. Taking the time to chat and ask questions about my “kids”. I just wanted to acknowledge that. Working in the service industry is hard and that kind of curtesy and customer service experience is hard to come by. 💚💚

This store and employees are awesome. I was on the way home and stopped at Petco because I need salt for the ice were are supposed to get. They were charging $29.for 8 lbs. Premier pets has kept their prices the same. I just wanted to thank you all for being fair in your business. I appreciate you all

Me and my Dog got there in time but I forgot to put it on the phone and waited for 15 minutes then I looked at my phone and realized that I didn't post arrived so when I told the young lady that I was waiting for two other people I thought she seen us waiting she told me Wait for the other dogs that weren't there yet so I told her never mind I won't be back ever sorry if you can't take care of the customers that always come there.

I used the self dog wash today. I have been to several different businesses that have self washes and this was by far the most simple one for my senior dog to get in. They offer shampoos, towels, and a dryer for you to use. Price wasn’t too bad, though I have been to places where it is cheaper. The only complaint that I have is the time limit. I’m a groomer, so it was no problem for me to get my dog done in and out within 25mins, but I can see that being a problem with people that have dogs with longer, thicker coats who are also not used to bathing dogs on a regular basis. I do understand it though because they only have 2 tubs. So maybe call ahead to make sure it’s not busy? My only hope is that they aren’t too stickler about that for those people that have longer coated dogs. You shouldn’t set a time limit on drying time, especially in winter/colder months. If it’s first come first serve everyone should have to wait and be respectful of people trying to finish their dogs, but like I said I get it to an extent because they only have 2 tubs. It was also nice that they are private little rooms. Overall I had a good experience. Nice staff, clean store. They also seem to support local businesses, and they have the cutest collars! Will probably be back in the future.

I came in to use the nail trim service that had been recommended to me. I have been taking my boy Cody to the vet who had to sedate him to trim his nails. The nail tech here was knowledgeable and had no trouble trimming Cody's nails. So glad not to have to sedate him anymore!

I don't shop retail pet chains often and was pleasantly surprised with this one. They had a lot of brands I consider higher-end like West Paw and Herm Sprenger, and their animals seemed well cared-for. I plan to relocate to Michigan and will definitely come here again.

Dog food was about $10.00 more than where I normally get it from. I bought a beautiful comet fish on father's day 2023 and he is still beautiful and healthy.

Great store for all your pet needs.. fantastic array of pet toys and treats.. even winter wear... You could spend a lot of time browsing everything they have for pets, be it feline, or canine, think I saw stuff for fish as well.Also seem to carry some homeopathy medicine for pets.

I love it when my Mom takes me to Premier Pet Supply. I get lots of pets and treats. The helpful people there showed my Mom raw food that I can't refuse to eat (like everything else she tried). They have a large assortment of toys, and clothes and stuff for our big fat ct too. We got a nice, soft halter and I'll be going there for my next bath in their swanky do wash room real soon. See ya in the raw food isle.

We’ve been here 10-12 times over past couple years. Lately it seems management is losing good controls. I know they’re too sharp to allow this to become the standard.Our experience on this occasion finally pushed us over the edge. We operate businesses and truly know the challenges, but serious commitments to training can prevent a lot of what we experienced.We came to bathe our two small dogs.Leashes that attach to dog and railing on back of tub all have broken snap rings on at least one end and ours were both broken on both ends.Three people standing around in back of store at 4:15 on a Saturday or Sunday and an older female employee at front counter, all just chitchatting away as if store is all set, as it should be.When we paid for two baths we were told to use bath 1, the clean one. It had not been cleaned. 2 appeared to have been, so we started to use it, but a staffer said“let us clean both of these”, so more waiting.Towels all wreaked of something sweet but very fowl. Hard to believe they had been washed since the last use.Loose 110 outlet for heater that won’t turn off. Had to unplug it by grabbing body of it with one hand. Managers job is to manage the people doing their job and consistent training of them.

I came into the store today looking for something to help my dog because his tongue was dry. While we were wandering the aisles a worker asked if we needed help. When we said what we needed he said he wasn’t sure but would ask his boss. Everyone was really helpful and we were able to find a new food to try. They said that it was expensive but when we compared the price per pound it was actually less than what we were spending for a lower quality food. They also let me use a coupon and gave some free treat samples. My dog loves the food! We will definitely be returning.

Staff is very helpful and respectful. They also have a volunteer program that my daughter volunteered a couple years ago there and she was able to take care of animals with their help. Wonderful place great prices as well. Hope this is helpful

Took my dog here after her vet appointment. Figured as kids, we got McDonalds after our doctor appointments so hey why not take my kid/dog to Premier Pet. She picked out a raw beef knuckle bone and 2 bags of Red Barn - air dried dog food. We got a coupon from the nice Red Barn representative that happened to be there and she gushed over my Standard Poodle girl. Red Barn was a bit pricey so we are using it as a food topper/treat instead and we are really loving our meals.Also, the service was fantastic. There was plenty of helpful attentive crew there and they even filled out my coupon for me at check out so we could greet the other standard poodle pup that just walked in.

This place is always clean and nice! The staff is super helpful with recommendations and always loved their passion for animals.I came in to have my dog's nails clipped. Every single time they were able to calmly handle my less-than-a-good dog. :) I love going there and would always recommend it.

I’d give more stars if it were possible.They have the MOST helpful and friendly staff! Honestly, it’s refreshing to go into a store and see them staffed throughly.The store is always in tip-top shape, fully stocked and I love their assortment of cat toys.They sell these LOCALLY (as in Livonia) HANDMADE cat-nip blankets, my kitties went NUTS for it. Tons of fun patterns and colors!I love the assortment of wet cat food, I was able to find my kitties favorites.10/10 experienceI will continue to support this business.
