We used their grooming services and our beagle came out happy as can be! Oh and she smelled so good. We got the basic grooming and they did a wonderful job with our Maddie!

Always have great experiences in the store but the grooming services are awful. My dog was a regular for a bath and nail trim until we received a call during his appointment that they would not be performing services because my dog didn't like it. This included blow drying after a bath and trimming his nails. I asked if I could pick him up early and was told he would air dry in the kennel and then I could get him. I paid almost $50 for them to shampoo my dog and air dry him in a cage for 3 hours and that is not an exaggeration. My dog is 35 pounds and while I know he does not like his nails to be trimmed, we have never had another issue at other groomers. We had long suspected they weren't completing services and the phone call was confirmation. Management was quick to get back to me to try to help but I've decided to go elsewhere for grooms.The retail store is clean and well stocked with plenty of friendly and helpful employees.

Terrible experience.. Waited in aquatics for over a half an hour waiting for an associate just to realize there was someone already over there.. The employee proceeded to unzip his jacket with an attitude and point to his name tag after I said I wish someone was working over here. The attitude from the employe upset me 100%.. So naturally I go and report this behavior to the manager Kyle.. Kyle brushed it off like there was no issue and that it doesnā€™t matter if his employees are in uniform or not.. Iā€™m not shopping with PetSmart again after that incident. Treat your customer right! If youā€™re on the clock working with customers, where your uniform! We are the reason yā€™all in business anyways.. Without customers, you wouldnā€™t have a job!

There's a good selection of pet carriers and cages. Varieties of food . Parking lot well-lit, although if this place is busy it can be a long walk.

The cashier was friendly and I was able to browse and check prices on things. They have a decent selection of products. I generally like this store and it was easy to find what I was looking for. It's nice that they have a pet hospital as well just in case of emergency.

This location is hit or miss, unfortunately. Grooming hours were listed until 9pm. We arrived around 6pm and no one was to be found. The techs that were part of Banfield, which share the space (though I know they're different) were less than helpful. It took until we were leaving the store for anyone to acknowledge us.

They do a good job washing and grooming my German Shepherd. They were running on time. Friendly staff. Love being able to book appointments and paying for the grooming on the PetSmart app

Kyle was very helpful and he is a great manager. I purchased an aquarium at the eureka Rd location and they told me there was a 30 day return policy when there was a 60 day return policy so they wouldn't return the item. So I went with my receipt and reptile aquarium too the Livonia location and Kyle made sure too fix my inconvenience and help me with my return. Thank you very much I recommend this location too anyone who appreciates good customer service. I am a satisfied customer.

The end result was great, but it took a long time. Quoted "1.5 hrs" and it ended up taking over 2. Kind of messed up our timeline and ended up late to a vet appointment as a result. Overall, happy with the work though.

The store is fine. However, they are sabotaged by a corporate team that is incompetent and clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction -- despite what they might say.In short, the inventory control system is a mess. Check the website and try to place an order for pick up. Items that are available in the store may not be listed at all. How can you buy them? Take a chance and stop in because you have nothing better to do?I've proved this to PetSmart corporate more than once, they acknowledge the problem, apologize and promise to fix it and . . . nothing changes.

Took my dog in for a haircut. Asked the groomer to specifically to not cut the beard or mustache on my dog, and also to leave the skirt & the leg hair as long as possible. What happened was some other groomer didnā€™t show up & he took on their dogs. He had my dog there who had a scheduled appointment at 9 am until 3 pm. 6 hours! He cut off the mustache & the beard way to short. Than cut the skirt & legs way too short. He completely changed what I asked for. Why?? Do not go here!! Do not use this groomer!! Yes itā€™s a haircut & a dog. It will grow out. But the point is my dog suffered the worst cut ever. And it took 6 hours!! How would he feel if a barber did what he wanted to his hair instead of what he asked for & took 6 hours & did other unscheduled people before him??Donā€™t waste your time here!! And to boot it cost $76.00!! For a third rate butchering!!

So Iā€™ve been a petsmart customer for a while now but just recently tried this location. The experience my wife and I just had with Ashleigh will definitely make us loyal return customers to this specific location for good! On top of being super friendly and informative, the overall experience will keep us coming back! If there was a 6 star option she and this store would get it! Thanks Ash, see you soon!

I've worked retail before, so I never do this unless absolutely necessary, but we had to run here just before closing. *cringe*. I'm sorry and I know. However, we never felt rushed or like we were holding them up from going home (which we tried to be respectful, but were definitely the last customers in the store by a lot). The cashier even had a smile on their face while they relogged into their register. I'm sorry we kept you a little long. Thanks for not letting us feel like we were "those people" even though we totally were that night. Sorry again.

We get our cat food from PetSmart, taking advantage of their delivery service.We visited the store looking for more cat-related products. While there, we had to see the cats waiting for adoption. We'd take them all home if we could!

Absolutely awful. They donā€™t care about your pets I promise you that. I brought my 5 pound dog and he was treated horribly. He was cut by Alissa and she physically harmed my dog. She was pushing him and pulling way harder than she ever should. Iā€™ve seen my dogs hair get cut before and she didnā€™t do it the right way at all. She got very annoyed that he was crying from the way she was hurting him and was trying to shut him up by putting a black mouth cover on him. Heā€™s 5 pounds he wasnā€™t gonna eat her. When she noticed I saw and went in to get him she held him off the table with the leash still attached to his neck and he ended up getting chocked. Managers didnā€™t care nothing was done. ā€œDogs are our familyā€so I guess they love to hurt family. They will hurt ur pets. Take them anywhere else if you want the best for ur pets. My dog is traumatized by the way Alissa treated him absolutely disgusting.

They don't monitor the functionality of the wag rescue people using their store to hold adoption events. (Just read some of their reviews) These people are rude, unorganized and inconsiderate. My self and another lady showed up expecting to see the cats we applied for online...several days before the event. We were both told that the cats were adopted. When we asked why we weren't notified we were given excuses along with attitude about it. I showed up with my dog and was willing to look at another cat but getting passed up for anyone and everyone for about 20 minutes until I had to press the issue that I being ignored. Even a couple of the WAG people noticed and were confused about it. Then I noticed that the other people that went before me could just walk in, fill out an app and take the cat they wanted home. There were 2 that just sat talking to each other and gave no one attention. To this day the cat I wanted is still up on the site and no has even bothered to call. I drove an hour twice to this petsmart trying to get a cat. And people wonder why others just go buy cats from breeders. Its not just the public that support breeders. It's unorganized rescue facilities that also do what they do for the money and have a high head about what they do and who should get their cats. Thanks for treating this disabled vet like garbage.
