It seemed like everyone was getting their pups cleaned up before the holiday and I wanted to do the same. Unfortunately they were booked up. Luckily, due to a cancellation, they called me up and I was able to bring my 2 short-haired girls in for a quick bath and nail trim. This was my first time using Petco grooming. I picked up my dogs a few hours later and they were happy as could be! The shampoo they use smells wonderful and my 3-yr old, who usually has issues with nail trims, was reportedly an angel for the technician!FYI: If you use the app, they had a deal for 20% off your first groom too.I’ll definitely return.

My dog was bathed, but his mails are very rough, no buffing, his nail got stuck in his fur scratching behind his ear! Second bad experience in done, they suck

OMG. My cavachon looked a hot mess when I took him in (I was so embarrassed). I left him in Riley's hands. When I picked him up, he looked like a handsome prince, even his harness had been laundered. Thanks so much!

Very nice staff. Excellent value for the money. My only complaint was the length of time the appointment took, but I think that is probably an anomaly based on pent up demand due to the pandemic. Vivian is awesome.

Raynard is AMAZING with my little Tank! No other groomer has ever been able to calm him down enough to groom him without nicking him with the clippers. We are loyal clients of Raynard and will continue to schedule Tank's grooming with him. Thank you for taking such good care of our little guy!

Rescheduled me 3 times I spoke to Rachel the manager brought dogs on 19th 1230 appointment they said he runs late on Saturday. I moved my work schedule 4 times. I left at 1230 never ever going back.
