Christine is amazing and such a strong amazing lady. I went in with my best friend today and she was super kind and helpful to the both of us. There were 2 ladies in the store who wanted to steal and with the help of me letting her know the ladies were about to walk out with 2 carts filled with items unpaid for, she was able to somewhat prevent it. One of the ladies wasn’t able to get away but the other one got away with almost half the cart. She was able to call the police immediately after. It’s not easy working in a big building like that to prevent theft. I know this because I worked in retail my whole life and the courage she has, I look up to her for that! If you’re reading this Christine, you’re the best and we need more people like you in this world! As for the company, I hope you give Christine a raise/promotion especially for handling such a serious matter professionally like how she did! She basically took a risk and for that I wish her all best things to come her way!

Super amazing. The young lady at the register was so helpful and literally came to assist me immediately after I walked in the door. I was looking for a leash. Soon as I walked in and she said hey, welcome to Petco, is there anything I can help you find. And I was on a mission. She helped solve the problems super quick.

It is obvious that she knows her products and I'm comfortable with any advice she has to share.You cannot go past Tara for dog training.. She is a blessing in disguise! The BEST!!!Great trainer, great adviser, great teacher. Tara is just AWESOME!

AVOID THIS PET GROOMER! I needed a last-minute light trim for my Cavapoo, so I reluctantly went to Petco, the only available option. Big mistake! My curly-haired pup came out looking like a completely different breed - more like a Pomeranian. The trim was uneven, with a bizarre shaved strip on his head, and the face and eye trimming looked like it was done with a machete. It’s heartbreaking and laughable at the same time. Plus, they charged me $60 for this disaster of a job.

Petco needs to relax on their .10 plastic bag policy if they want to stay in business. That pushed me over the edge to not shop here anymore. I came in to look at collars and leashes. They will say the bag policy is for “environmental” reasons but we all know it’s a money grab. I’ll stick with Chewy from now on.

I just waited 5 minutes at the checkout while two employees were talking by the fish tanks. I eventually said excuse me, may I check out please..they stopped talking for two seconds, looked my way and then carried on. I waited another minute or two and they just ignored me. I was going to be spending some money but I guess you guys don’t need it nor do you want to help your customers.

I am very disgusted in the way some of these employees treat people. I came in on November 8th at about 12:30 needing litter safe for cats after being declawed. I went up to a middle aged short women with brown frizzy hair and said "hey, unfortunately my mother is forcing me to get my cats declawed, do you have this specific litter so they will be safe and not get an infection?" she looked at me with utter disgust and said "no we don't carry that one but that's horrible to do" I replied " no trust me I know, I have begged and pleaded and cried over it, there is only so much you can do when you live in someone else's household" she rolled her eyes and once again with a disgusted look on her face "that's still horrible, you know that's basically cutting off their first knuckle right? and there are caps you can get" at this point I was trying to keep it together and not start crying and said "no trust me I'm well aware and I'm completely against it, I personally think it should be outlawed and we tried the caps, they chew them off and they are completely hacking us up even with trimming their nails almost daily. I've tried everything but unfortunately theres only so much you can do while living in someone else's house" then she said "honestly if you can handle that you shouldn't even have cats" I was so upset with this judgy mean grouch of a women, I almost walked out right then but I needed to get something to make sure they were safe so I said "what litter would be safe" she just said a paper based one and I turned away from her a googled which ones were the best since her only interest was making me feel awful for something that's out of my control instead of actually doing her job and helping me. I have worked in customer service for 10 years, even on my worst days I have never purposely made someone feel awful for something they can't control. I don't understand what kind of management and training they have there that makes the employees think that its okay to give their unsolicited opinions and make their customers sob the whole drive home. I will never be returning to this location, and to the rude employee that made me cry that day, I hope you have the day you deserve.

Ordered online and picked up in store, pretty painless. Interestingly, the product I ordered was $6 cheaper doing that vs just walking in the store and buying it. I had checked prices online, walked in the store to pick up quickly, and then walked right out to order online and pick up the next day!

People there in this particular location are some creepy weirdos and have some poor customer service skills with assistance. Needs new staff in general, excluding the grooming department, and lady at the register but the limited number of floor staff and the aquarium department so-called manager I won't say names

Didn’t know you charge for plastic bags. Was not offered one and when cashier rang up my purchase he did not put it in a bag. I then put it in a bag and was told that would be 11 cents. I thought he was kidding laughed and started to leave. He followed me and said I was stealing. Again I thought he was kidding. Next he said I wouldn’t be allowed back in the store. I was then offended. If you charge for bags you should ask at checkout if I would like to purchase one. I’m 63 years old and never heard of a store charging for a shopping bag. I assure you I will never return!
