I've been here LOTS of times. Good fish food, cool fish, reptiles, you name it. They used to have a turtle but it's tank got replaced with some reptile food I think. I have a cat and wet food from here is the best. He LOVES it. 5 stars. Best pet supplies plus.

I like this place love the dog washing area but I notice leaving yesterday on a Sunday. this young man chase me to my car saying I didn't pay when he told me during the wash that I needed to pay in the total was 14 dollars. I stated okay I have get my wallet out the car he then watch me the whole time during the wash until i got done which made me feel very uncomfortable. also i think it was his manager that was putting him on to this i definitely contacted corporate on this matter so embarrassing.

They have a big selection of pretty much all pet food, and pet needs. They have a little space for kitty adoptions along with a pet clinic and wash your pet bath stations. The staff is always friendly and ready to help take heavy stuff out to your car if you need them to.

READ ME!!!I LOVE THIS STORE- to the moon and back. I worked here for 6 months, or so. Many people knew me from being up front at the cash register all morning from 9-3:30. The team-members are warm and informative and accepting of every kind of person. The team goes above and beyond to care for the animals and fish in the store. I'm grateful to have been hired under the store manager, John, who was always there for assistance and lets the employees know when they're doing a great job and what could be worked on a little more. If John was in the store, I felt confident. The assistant manager was cold. He felt the need to place shame on the team-members when something went wrong or if a team-member was unsure of a situation. The individual treatment to the employees by the AM was unfair and inappropriate. He abuses his power and this causes immense pressure, tension and miscommunication amongst the team. I - and 99% of past and present employees at this pet supplies plus store- feel that Shaun, the assistant manager belongs no where near management.All in all, MY honest opinion is that this store is absolutely one of the best pet stores around and will always be my go-to pet store but could DEFINITELY use improvements in the chain of command.

While all the employees at this location have been wonderful, Audrey went above and beyond with her helpfulness and businesslike personality that makes her stand apart from the rest. Unbelievable. How often do you hear this word describing the service of a store or worker?Shaun - of the Livonia store went above and beyond to ensure I got the flea drops I needed for my dogs Bella and Benjamin after Amazon delayed their delivery by a week. A week is a lifetime for an animal suffering with fleas. Shaun must know this because he did everything he could to get the flea drops delivered to me.I will find out how to get this message to the higher-ups because I rarely experience good service. I rarely leave comments. And until now, I rarely have the help that Shaun provided.My pups are flea-free and resting comfortably. For this, I thank Shaun and Pet Supplies Plus.

The last 4 time's we have gone in here for crickets we were told they are out but they expected a shipment later in the day. ALL 4 TIMES. We are not driving out here from Farmington Hills any further for a product that is never in stock. It has gone downhill over the last 6 month's, it's a shame.

Shelves get emptier & emptier and the stock gets stacked higher & higher on top of the shelf. 1 hour curb pick up is more like 1 day pick up but that's the only way to get things. They offer to get tIt down but who's got the time for that.

I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. The dog wash is usually really tidy and clean. The store is well stocked and organized. Staff is helpful and polite. Happy and frequently returning customer.

Well I was helping family out for an event here for dog rescue I am sort of just helping someone who helps them foster...the atmosphere at this location is very nice and the associates and manager are all nice people overall. Store looks nice it's a pretty nice area too although I myself am a ways away in travel time. Good stock of items and a lot of variety. Pleasing place to be and probably even a nice location for people who work with animals and customers

Great staff very helpful. Store was clean and we'll stocked, my only issue is they don't have a good selection for extra large dogs. For perspective we have a 9 month old cane corso who went in to her first heat and they did not have a big enough diaper for her ( we had to improvise) LOL

really good stock!UPDATE**I recently came in to complete a return for a defective product (the item did not work) and not only did I not receive a refund.. but I was actually charged again for the product, and walked out of the store without it. Both the cashier and the manager were unprofessional at the time too. Very disappointing for this location.
