Love this place! There are so good with my pup. Winston is a basset hound with sensitive ears and separation anxiety but has come to rather like his grooming because the staff are so good to him. They are friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. I'm thankful to have a place that I trust and that does a great job!

I took my clean canine in for a summer cut. I'd previously bought a de-shedding tool the week before my appt. and had been using it on my dog daily. He was clean going in with some normal shedding. I said I'd like a summer cut. The lady groomer explained to me about de-shedding him. I said I'd like a summer cut.The groomer said to return in about an hour. Upon my arrival back she said we changed our minds and did de-shedding on him. She did do his nails like I asked, BUT the service I ASKED for was a SUMMER cut. If she couldn't do a summer cut, she should have told me right then she wasn't going to do it.Instead, she took him and waited until I returned to tell me they decided to de-shed him instead of the service I requested before leaving. My dog was clean going in. I needed her to cut his hair, not take it upon herself to change the service after I left. If the service I requested couldn't be performed, they should have said no before taking my pet and charging me for a service I had already been doing myself.Also, I personally was not impressed with the cleanliness or friendly ness of this facility. I had to leave at least 1 star to leave my review.

My and my other family member's dogs have had nothing but the best treatment from the proprietors and groomers at Classy Canine. These folk truly love Man's Best Friends, and it shows. They have taken care of my dog and family's dogs for years and they've gone above and beyond a middle of the road approach to the grooming, boarding, training service they provide. And they have been especially kind to me when I was in need and I really appreciated it.

New in town and was desperately trying to find a place that was as good as my old groomers for my boys. Found Classy Canine and my yorkie and golden retriever look amazing!! So excited and its starting to feel like home now that my boys have a place to get regularly groomed.

I would highly recommend Classy Canine. I'm an owner of a sharpei. His name is M R. Matt was wonderful with him. M R had never been boarded before. Though he is not the friendliest Matt had M R sitting by him within 15 minutes after we arrived. M R has been back 3 times and been happy and well behaved at home. I worry when it comes to leaving my pets. I trust Matt and his staff. Great people.

Very,very happy with Classy Canine. Best groomers I've seen in a long time. The groomer I had before traumatized my little dogs Classy Canine took the time to make sure my little boys felt safe and happy while they were being groomed .I would give them 10 stars if I could!

They did a wonderful job on our rescue german shepard. They did not take long at all for bathing her drying her cleaning her ears and.clipping her toenails. They do a great job at a great price and we know our dogs are well taken care of. Thank you classy canine

I have attended their dog training sessions and have had them bathe both my labs. I highly suggest them for pet behavior. This is a great place for any pet need, Matt was able to answer every question I have had about puppies.I will be a customer for life! 5 stars for friendliness and experience!!!

I have an older dog and she can be quite stubborn at times especially when summer rolls around. They have always been so patient and kind with her and they do an amazing job. I would highly recommend this business they are super personable.

We took our Shih Tzu in to get his fur trimmed and nails clipped and he came out looking so good! He seemed calm and happy. We will be taking him here for now on! The staff is really nice too.

The proof is in the pudding. LOL this is absolutely the best place you can take your pet. My wife and I dropped off our dog for 3 days they were so kind keep us informed Daley on what was going on even sent us pictures and videos. Our dog had a wonderful time and we felt so relaxed knowing that the dog was being taken care of in a loving manner. Thanks again classy canine you're the best your friends from Toledo the Smith

We had a great experience with the trainer, Matt. His laid back style put me and my dog at ease. He adjusted the class as needed, which was nice when the class was full or light that day. Everyone got one on one time, and we were able to see various solutions, not just one cookie cutter style. Of course my dog was a super star lol!

My husband took our Miniature Schnauzer, Sophie, in this afternoon. Most of Sophie's life (she's almost 7), my sister-in-law has been her groomer in Florida because we had a really bad experience when we first moved South. It's taken years of patience to get her over what was done to her. We were panicked about finding a good groomer after moving back to Michigan.Then we lucked out and found Classy Canine in Litchfield!!Just got home and am SO pleased with how she looks!! Mindy did an exceptional job!! The cut is perfect and Sophie is relaxed and happy. What more can you ask for?!? I had thought my sister-in-law would always be Sophie's favorite groomer, but after today I think Mindy might just give her a run for her money. 🤩😍

This place is the ONLY place I would trust with my dog. I'm an anxious dog owner and they go the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable. They treat my dog as if he were their own child. Definitely so thankful for these wonderful people and their amazing business! Reccomend hands down!

Horrible experience. Very rude, posted all of my personal information on the internet, blocked me from leaving a bad review on their Facebook page. Took my money and didn't even finish the job, then tried asking me for more money. I spent $90.00 there and they did nothing with my dog. I will never take my animals there again. Our husky has a problem with his coat because the first time they worked with him they shaved him without our permission, and now his hair gets tangled when trying to shed. Plus we have now had a flea problem that we have been fighting with because of the tangled hair that they caused by shaving him. The fleas hide under the tangled hair and even with flea treatments, treating the yard and the house it's almost impossible to get rid of. It's been an awful experience and I would not recommend. We are now going to have to shave our husky almost bald because of them! Do not go there!!!!

Every time I go there they are very nice not only to me but to the animals that I bring in and once everything is done they text me to let me know that my pets are ready for pickup and my pet never feel so much more clean and happy.

This place is always super busy and for good reason. The food is great and the help bust their butts and it shows.
