Ordered 2 jars of jam online. When the package arrived via fed ex, the box was ripped open and only one jar was in it. I refused the delivery per the fed ex driver, who told me it would be shipped back to the sender. This was in early December. Subsequent emails to UP foods were never answered, and I have not been credited the charges for the products. This is now March. I get that the shipping damage is not on UP Foods, but the non responsiveness of these folks is atrocious. I would never do business with these people again. Maybe if you can walk into the store you have better luck, Mom and pop should get a professional to run that side of the business. I would give no stars if I could.

Very kind people in a wonderful mom n pop shop. We stopped by when we were in the area. They were making thimbleberry jam and it smelled wonderful. We got honey, juustoa, thimbleberry jam and some maple syrup. Everything was great!

Their goods are all homemade in their store. We drove by their store at 8pm last night when they were closed just to see what their hours were. Cindy came out and opened the store for us. Everything is soooo good and locally supplied. You can find UP Foods at stores all over the U.P.

I haven't been in their store out in Bootjack. But I have tried thier products. (jams and jellys) They were very good. They make alot of stuff and it can be purchased in all the local grocery stores.

ordered a jar of Thimbleberry jam, and I can say what a great taste this has. Way better than expected. Shipping was great and quick. Online ordering was simple and easy. Will be buying from them again. Highly recommend.
