Drew is AWESOME! We've had 2 dogs who were skittish with groomers and being messed with. They have both loved Drew. We drive 45 minutes to come to Drew. Well worth it!

After our groomer quit, we tried the big box stores. After a few visits, our dog's hair was so uneven and the hair around his ears was so bad, I had trouble cleaning them. With new owners, we thought to give this place a try again. They did an excellent job repairing the damage. They even called 10 minutes before he was done so he wouldn't be waiting any extra time. That's a big deal when you have a dog with severe anxiety. Thank you.

The new owner, Drew, did a great job with my squirmy pup, Chloe! Drew is always so patient and understanding. She gives me exactly what I ask for and takes such great care. They called me to let me know when Chloe would be finished which I really appreciate. I followed Drew from a Howell area salon and will continue to do so. It's so great to have a groomer I trust. Great shop and great service. Highly recommend!!

I quit coming here. I went here for over 20 years with multiple dogs but the last time I went they had my dog for 5 hours. When I asked why they said they only had 1 groomer, but I booked in advance by a week so they overbooked and I was not a priority even though I usually tipped and always went to them. They had me bring my dog when they opened and I didn't get him until after 2pm.They do a pretty good job of cutting the hair though so that's why I went for so long.I don't recommend using their service unfortunately.

Great place to get your dog groomed if you could ever get through with the phone number given. The number always says try again later!!! What kind of business has that kind of phone number?!!! So, I drive there and they are closed!! Very strange hours and days open!! I switched to a more dependable dog salon!!

Horrible place to take your pet! DO NOT RECOMMEND!My wife was forced to hold our dog while she clipped his nails IN THE LOBBY. The reason we pay for this is service is so we DO NOT HAVE TO BE INVOLVED. My wife was scratched during the process and my dog was VERY uncomfortable. On top of all this my dogs nails are still long enough to be trimmed and we were made to pay the full bill IN CASH.

I took my four dogs for a bath and nail trim, and it was one of the worst grooming experiences. All of them had incomplete and/or butchered nails, and the one that still smelled had an open 3 inch cut on her chest! Of course, I didn't find out until i was at home and took off the harness. The woman never said anything! I would've understood if she couldn't handle all of them (she was only one there), if they were too rambunctious for her, but to try to cover it up and assume I won't see it? I was livid. Thankfully, the wound closed within a week and nothing got infected. No communication.

Inconsistent response. I made an appointment and they weren't even present on the day of my appointment, didn't answer the phone, and never responded to my messages. Call Puppy Suds or the Sudsy Pup.
