What a great place!!!!I said something about Sadie shedding. And she said I have a new shampoo that helps cuts down on shedding.I said that would be great. So she did her in the new shampoo ( for a really sm. Charge) and it has been 3 days and it ls unbelievable no shedding.And I have a German Shepard that they are big time shedding dogs.Thank you so much CarolAnd Sadie says Hi Aunt Carol. 🐾🐾

Called attempting to make an appointment, voicemail said "unless you're a current customer not to leave a message or call back". Would love to contribute to a local buisness, but it seems hard to do so. Maybe next time..

WOW! Fabulous! We have been with Carol & her Puppy Suds team for LITERALLY as long as she's been open. You will not find a more sincere pet-friendly staff any where. After finally finding such a good group of people we continued to take our pets there all the way from Flushing. This team led by Carol, the owner, treats our little family members as if they are her own - with love, kindness and acceptance of all of the animals including those with their own unique set of quirks 😏. Best groomers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

Professional and friendly. Takes excellent care of my dog and we’ve been been with ‘Puppy Suds’ for years. Sorry that they are not taking new clients because we could refer so many! However, I would rather wait 3 weeks for an appointment rather than to take Rielly to an over booked groomer who pushes your pet through the grooming process. ‘Puppy Suds’ takes care of their clients.

Carol the owner is fantastic!!I adopted a scruffy rough looking black poodle from adopt a pet and took him to Carol and let me tell you he was a gem after she was done grooming my boy Felix....! Thank you Carol....so happy I found someone that loves dogs as much as me!

My dog groomer retired from some other dog grooming business and moved out of state. I tried several different other grooming establishments in the area before I was lucky enough to get in to Puppy Suds. I love how my dogs look after their bath and haircut, it's a no wonder there is no room for new clients, that's a testament to how good Puppy Suds are.

I called and the phone didn't ring so I hung up. A person called me back, and, without interesting him/herself, yelled at me for hanging up. WTH? If workers at this company are that impatient, I would suggest not taking a pet there. Eesh.
