Even though we were next door doing laundry and came here to kill time the staff was excellent and the gentleman even showed my daughter a antique stern drive for a boat they had on display. Excellent selection of stihl products and other outdoor items. If you live or staying a good while in the area check them out.

My portable generator died during the latest power outage, called LOC and was told to bring it in to see if they could service the generator, then was told by Eric that it was an off brand engine and parts were hard to get, we chatted for a couple of minutes and I explained what was happening with the machine, he said bring it around to the service bay and did some voodoo magic and had the generator up and running in about 10 minutes. When I got it home it ran flawlessly for the for the next 6 hours.Great customer service!!Highly recommended for your outdoor power equipment sales and service.

Couldn't talk to service man that supposedly worked on blower, cash clerk said wasn't running fast enough rpms. Took to another Steele dealer and said piston is wrecked. Won't go back, they should be ashamed of how they treat some costumers. To think I bought this two years ago from them!Probably got back a different machine
