This is the place they warn you about!?!They ran a test for Heartworm and came back and said the dog tested positive for Lyme Disease. It's $100 and we can run another test, and we will call you in a week. I asked if they could just treat the dog. They said "no we have to see what level of Lyme disease the dog has to know how much to treat". A week goes by nothing. A few days later dogs mom call and they act rude and short with her claiming they just got the results and the Doctor will look at and get back. They called her back and said the test inconclusive, and we can always retest in a couple weeks...I called them back asking why we paid $100 for a test that was obviously not necessary??That's when these females became rude and condescending.They like to push and charge for services and meds the pets don't apparently need...One of the Dr's yelled at my dog for putting her paws up on the table, it's a vet, their dogs...They called up the pets mom in the middle of work and were very rude to her.They're good at billing not Doctoring.Then they called the police to try and flip the script.The State Trooper and I both agreed they Vet was acting shady and he would relay the message that they were fired and my email should made that apparently clear...Save your money for a pet and customer friendly vet not a clinic...

I couldn't get a hold of my regular vet for two days. I drive almost an hour to get to these guys. They are absolutely 💯 worth the trip. Would highly recommend.

Gracie my 15 1/2 year old doggie crossed the rainbow Bridge yesterday. All the staff was great! They let us have all the time we needed before and after. They were very sympathetic. More people need to be like them!

We were in from out of town and the Dr. and Staff were awesome with our boy Diesel. They were able to diagnose and comfort our pup as well as help find a specialist to take care of his fracture. He is repaired and doing great. The community is fortunate to have such a dependable and amazing resource for your pets needs. We would love to have this clinic in our community.

My 4 year old Tennisee Walker mix had a lump on her paw as a pup. We were told it was a lypoma and didn't need to do anything. We got her fixed about a year later and the lumps had spread up her leg leading into a huge mass in her chest. A family member told me of this clinic so we went together with our Molly. The diagnosis was cancer I was so hurt and the Vetranarian and the staff were amazing. I found myself a new vet clinic I feel I can trust. R.I.P Molly, you are so dearly missed.

My cat passed away in the car on the way there, and they were so kind to me. They had her ashes back within two business days and even sent me a lovely card with her paw print. Nothing takes away the pain of losing a furry friend, but they definitely made the process peaceful. I will return with my other pets any time they need vet care.

Great place to take an animal to be seen. Was professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Was a bit of a wait for the walk-in, but it was well organized so you could wait in your own vehicle and it was definitely worth the wait. Additionally, they had a nice dog walking area with pickup bags and some outdoor waiting / seating areas.

Dr Potter euthanized my old kitty yesterday. I've had to do this before with other doctors but I must say this time was the most peaceful. I was with him the whole time and after the first sedation I got to talk to him as he dozed off. I had decided to bring him home for burial in his favorite mouse-hunting field and was pleasantly surprised to receive him in a very nice burial bag. This made the experience easier for me. This was my first time meeting Dr Potter and she was very caring to us.

This vet CARES. I haven't experienced such wonderful care for a very long time. Walk-in care days are BIG busy, but you'd never guess based on the staff's patience and good attitudes. My cat required emergency surgery and we hadn't been patients here long, but we mattered to them and weren't treated any lesser than. They squeezed my senior cat right into their schedule, removed her troubled tooth and even trimmed her claws (without being asked!). I'm so grateful. These folks are an absolute blessing. And the cost of care is affordable! I couldn't believe it, really.

This place is fantastic! I don't live in the area however I have had to rush my dog to them 2x separate times due to an emergency.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Take time to answer your questions. They will even call you a few days later to see how your pet is doing and if you have questions. In my book they go over and beyond!

I just moved here with my 15 yr old dog. When he suddenly couldn't walk, I knew it was time to say good-bye. The whole process was eased by how thoughtful and kind the staff were on a very busy day, and that they got us in so quickly. Many, many thanks to them. The clinic will become my choice for my other dog and my future dogs.

My cat was sick and I brought her in and they were very nice. Unfortunately she passed but they were absolutely amazing about getting her cremated. They were very sweet and kind while I was crying and handing her over to them. When i got her back they made a sweet paw print and card for me. Love them. This vet is very amazing! Our dog was helped in an emergency and they stayed after closing time to help us when nobody else in the area would do that. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I’m grateful for their kind assistance! Would highly recommend.

Very inconsiderate to our baby girl, to the point of being rude. Never met A veterinarian who seems so disinterested in a pet's well being and care. They have the market cornered in Alcona County, but still no excuse for their dismissive and uncaring behavior. One good thing I can say about this?-- It's always a beautiful drive down to East Tawas or up to Alpena for some professionalism.

We feel good knowing our fur babies are getting good care. Staff is pleasant. Very busy clinic, love the walk in hours. They worked a miracle with laser treatments on my senior dachshund. He went from dragging his back legs to running. I trust the staff even when it's something I don't want to hear.
