Normally I don’t write reviews on google but this time I’m writing this to let the people know that there is a great man working there mr. Zaheer he was very kind and respectful I printed over 100 photos he assisted me getting I’m ready was very patient. Explain the rules helped his other coworkers while working with me. He kept saying sorry for the delay and it was not his control. Thank you again Zaheer

I had the best customer service today by a man named Zaheer. He was helping front check out and also assisting others at the photo counter. It was fairly busy in there but he was so patient, kind, and attentive. Thank you very much Zaheer.

My pregnant wife was sent away after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, saying, "They were too busy". How is this even a possibility unless you are just lazy. But, had no problem helping the three people behind me???.. ridiculous the poor customer care here!!

This place is garbage !! After reading these reviews now I get it. They don’t like helping, the male pharmacist threatened me ! The female pharmacist don’t know how to do her job or don’t want to do her job… Someone have to report this pharmacy! Or how can we report this pharmacy! #help

I changed pharmacies because they never had help. There was only one person working the window or the counter in the store and had to wait forever to get your medication’s. In the. they would tell you a time when your script would be ready and it wouldn’t. You’d have to stand there once you went to the store and wait for it to be filled.

I can't believe the level of disrespect that is practiced at a pharmacy of all things.The lack of communication astounded me. I just left the emergency room, was directed to utilize the Walgreens Pharmacy in Lincoln Park. I approach the counter respectfully, presented all of the documentation that was provided to me via the emergency room doctor. I was told to return in 30 min, then 10 more min. I was given 2 bags charged a small amount of money and sent on my way. As I get settled in the car, my wife & I discover there is an item missing. I return back to the Pharmacy dept. Notify the pharmacist "Ryan" what my wife & I discovered to be missing. He then proceeds to give me an explanation as to why it was not in the bag. I then ask why wasn't this explained to me while I was paying for everything well after the 30 minute wait. His reply, "You didn't ask". How would I know to ask if no issues were presented to me. His attitude was something I have never encountered before in this kind of setting. Keep in mind all the while I am in excruciating pain due to the kidney stone that landed me in the emergency room to begin with.The smug attitude from "Ryan" and the lies he presented. Ryan stated he contacted the emergency room Doctor to correct something. When I put the Doctor on speaker phone, she clearly stated so all could hear that no calls or attempts were made. Ryan telling my Wife "F@#$ You" because she did not tolerate his adolescent behavior. Witnessing issues before our own eyes with others seeking help, Ryan (Man Bun) telling others that he did not know what he was doing. I never got an apology for the treatment nor lengthy wait time totaling 1 hour & 25 min. I will never return and will advise any other to do the same. This review was not fabricated nor do I hold any ill will towards anybody there. This review is accurate. Hopefully they don't delete this one as well to maybe hide the conduct that was demonstrated for me. And still no apology.

Store is so nice. The manager Gabby that helped me was very sweet. You can totally tell she loves and cares about her job. I’ve been looking for this one product for the longest time and every-time I can’t find it. But once I asked Gabby she didn’t just tell me she actually brought me to the product! I love that.

If I could give the pharmacy customer service a negative five, I would! Rebecca, one of the pharmacy customer was one of the rudest persons I’ve had to deal with! When I went to get prescription for Ativan she notified me my DL’s was going to expire soon (which I knew already) but she felt the need to remind me three more times! Then the next week I called to make sure my prescription was ready, they assured me it would be. When I got there I was told (by Rebecca) that the computer was down and they couldn’t fill it that day, unless I just wanted to buy my prescription over the counter! I’ve since transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I hope they eventually fire her 🤞

If you need a prescription filled, DO NOT come here! Where do I begin, smh. Every time I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue! From bad customer service, even the manager, to calling in & ALWAYS being hung up on or medication not available.Today, in particular, I had my mom pick up my prescription & she waited in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes before anyone came to the window or acknowledged her!She called in the store to speak to a manager & was hung up on!You guys have to do better. Treat others how you yourself would like to be treated. I understand you're short staffed, every establishment is, but you don't fall short of proper etiquette & customer service.A smiling face, sorry about the wait, I will be right with you as soon as I can, will go a long way! Do better!

Brandon's cool because he actually tries to converse with the customers & the new girl is nice. I did apply there, no big deal, but I know when I'm being bullied in my community, so refrain from saying stuff over the loud speaker when I come in there or I'll expose what's really going on behind the scenes. Btw, the ticket price for the pizza was correct, I read 2 labels, looks like you need more help. Either way, you had to honor it. How old are these ppl running this store? I know when ppl want a reaction , here you go, I don't need to come to your discriminatory store anymore. Free speech. Get your heads right.

This pharmacy is awful! My 4 month granddaughter is very sick and is need of meds. I understand they’re busy but they can still do their job. Very sick infants should take Priority. My daughter explained the urgent need and the staff basically said we don’t care: She has to wait. She has been waiting more than 24 hours She requested they transfer it and they won’t transfer it to another pharmacy. They won’t answer their phone for another pharmacy to request the transfer. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered! We will never do business with Walgreens anymore!

It's a shame that I have no desire to go to a Walgreens that is 2 blocks from my house, the store staff is good, but the pharmacy is a mess, short handed ( theirs word not mine) I called about my prescription which transferred but no seem to where it was but they had it the whole then once it was ready and my wife went to pick it up she waited for at least an hour. This stuff happens all the time. Terrible customer service, if you can't do the job shut the doors. Either they need more help or someone else running the Pharmacy.

Pharmacy drive thru is a joke. Took them 30min to attend me. There online fulfilment is a joke as well. They said my script was going to be be ready tomorrow my 11am. I get there Nope they haven't even process yet. They say come back in 2hours. I guess I should've stayed with my old pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. Noone to cover lunch breaks instead they close from1:30-2:00. Stupid some people work 8am to 7pm. Then they take forever to get your prescription ready let alone take forever to pick up. They need a system overhaul

Dropped off a transfer script. Young lady said she’ll it usually takes a few days and she’ll call back when it’s ready. Fast forward 2 weeks still no call. Called to see what’s taking so long. They gave me the run around instead of just admitting they dropped the ball. Bad first impression and most likely won’t be back

Regarding the pharmacy. The worst experience ever. I was told 15mins until the prescription would be ready. Left and wasted 20 minutes came back and waited another 25 mins only to find out they didn't get all 3 ready. The one not ready was a cream. They just grab the container they dont have to fill it or count anything. What a joke. I will drive out of my way before I deal with this location again.

If I could leave negative stars! They don’t understand customer service or that people are sick and can’t spend long periods of time waiting on medications that they need! Let alone the fact the lady pharmacist talks to you like she’s the president of the United States and how dare you! My sister went there to pick up a prescription and one of the pharmacy techs was very rude. She told my sister the medicine was over the counter and insurance would not cover it. My sister had a prescription from a doctor so insurance would pay for it. The pharmacy tech should of had the prescription filled. Poor customer service.

I moved to this area months ago and have never had such poor service. EVERY time I try and drop off or pick up a prescription, for heart medication mind you, there are 15 or more people in line, no staff and an attitude from the few that are actually there. I've gone without meds for months because of this horrible place

Wish I coulda left zero stars. Waited in line for a full hour Only to have them tell me they didn’t even have my prescriptions ready that had been sent 10 hours ago. The kid with the unkempt hair didn’t even apologize, he was quite smug when he said “have a nice day”. Unbelievable.

Worst pharmacy in the history of life.... Not only are they incompetent and rude they also leave elderly on hold for hours and misplace elderly meds. The fact this clown told me they are months behind on filling prescriptions is absurd. Screw this place. They do not care about your well-being 🤬

After using this pharmacy since they opened up. It's time to move on. I'm sick and need scripts. I'm supposed to be resting but I spent 6 hrs trying to keep checking on my scripts. Bouncing from my provider to Walgreens. Even spent 30 min on hold for them to hang up! They keep telling me they don't have my scripts. And it was called in twice! This was yesterday. And my provider isn't in today. So what I gotta wait until tomorrow for them to call it in a third time! Way to go about caring about people's well being. No wonder why I'm there and hear people complain all the time in front of me. PoS

I say on hold for the pharmacy for 2 HOURS and then got hung up on. When I called the store and spoke to a manager he told me the pharmacy is not open even though the hours say they were confirmed 1 WEEK AGO! I have been going to this Walgreens for years now and have never had a problem like this.

I do not often leave a bad review however, Walgreens Pharmacy in Lincoln Park was completely unprofessional today. I had an appointment scheduled for my COVID booster that they did not accept because they said it was not in their list. The representative said that they do not accept same day appointments. However, I set the appointment up approximately six hours before the appointment time and they had confirmed it via email. They had all of my contact information and did not bother to cancel thus costing me valuable time and money. Totally unprofessional.
