Krazy Hot Dealz is a treasure hunt every day. Rules are CLEARLY posted in several locations. Items are "AS IS", NO refunds. The staff will gladly open AND test as many items that you request. Many items can be scanned with your Amazon app as well. You are NOT allowed to open packages yourself at the bins. This creates a mess and loss of items. I have purchased MANY items. I have only had 2 items that did not work or had missing parts. I did not have them tested so I accept that it is my loss. That is how it works. If you read the bad reviews, you will see that they were written by people who are obviously not intelligent enough to follow the rules. Those who post that the items are junk, don't get the concept of the bin store. These are overstock and returns. Krazy Hot Dealz does get some great items. You can get some incredible deals but it is not Macy's. Don't expect a top tier retailer and you will not be disappointed. Last but not least, the staff is friendly and helpful. Cam, who is always there is very nice. The young lady is also very nice. Bottom line, follow the rules and have fun!

Really can get some neat stuff here at a great price. Also, the great attending staff will open up boxes and bags for you before you purchase.

definitely don’t recommend buying from here. bought a electric bottle cleaner literally opened it in the car and the only peice that was in the box was dirty as hell & the brush for the bottle cleaner wasnt even in there. 🤦🏼‍♀️

If you have the time to look through all of the bins you can find some amazing stuff for a really good price ! The items are all Amazon and Target etc returns , almost everything is brand new and in the package still

Fat red shirt guy told me and my friends to get out because we checked in the boxes but you don’t get to know what’s in the boxes cause they don’t show what’s on them So he kick us out and it’s just a bunch of garbage there like 90% keyboards and wigs and everything is broken so the guy that owns it is a loser and freaks out over everything.

Don't buy from there..I went with my wife and kid bought a drone for 30.00$ and asked him if it don't work ill get my money back he says OK NO PROBLEM...took it home didn't work..came right back to him and told him that it don't work he says his policy is no return....HE EVEN CALLED THE POLICE ON OUS AND KICKED OUS OUT....WHAT A SHAME ..SCAMERRR...

Make sure you take apart every single box and make sure every single piece is in there. At least half of the items my friend and I have purchased were broken or missing parts making them unusable. This is not 1 out of 2 items it’s like over a dozen products that could not be used. The rest of the items I have gotten were used (used beauty products is a little gross). I would rather go to an overstock store and not an Amazon return store esp when they sell you items that are used, broken or missing parts and refuse any return.

Went on $10 day. The store had a lot of great items in the bins, and was really clean.I like that they have a table where you can open boxes and check electronic items. Kam was at the table and was friendly and helpfulI ended up buying a few things. One item I was already familiar with and it retails for $100. Was so shocked to see it there

I truly enjoyed this place but make sure you do the open box test bcus I didn’t on an item and let’s just say it was used already. I did a peek in the box but didn’t fully open it. Smh! That’s on me and now I’ve wasted money. I feel stupid bcus it’s the one item I should’ve “tested” bcus I’d seen the issue. Don’t rush when you go.
