Called asked if they had straw was told they had one Bail left and they would hold it for me so I drove all the way there 20 mins away and as soon as I got there they told me they just sold it. When I told them they said they were going to hold it for me some young girl got very smart with me and rude

You can bring your fur baby here to shop with you! The staff here is always friendly and always offer assistance when shopping. One time the staff member carried a bag of dog food for me out to my car. The prices here are pretty standard from any other pet supply place. They have rodents and reptiles they they sale here, and also birds and fishes. In my opinion they have some of the best chew toys and chew bones for dogs, my dogs absolutely love them.

I've been going to this store since the late 90s. They always had the healthy fish that didn't die after you got it home.I now go to this store for a variety of thing for my cats and dog ranging from catfood to dog treats.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Fisher.She remembers me and is eager to help whenever I stop in.If you're looking to support a small business this is it.

🚫The way they house the animals is horrible⚠️I went in here with my daughter and looking at the fish is sad, there are so many dead fish in the tank with the others, the living conditions for the fish and other animals is disgusting. They need to clean this place up ASAP⚠️⚠️⚠️

Yes, I just called there on febuary 3rd 2024 at 6:30 p.m. spoke to the kid that was working there at that time ask him about a product put me on hold for 5 minutes, he came back I questioned him about his answer and he hung up on me, it was very rude and unprofessional about the way he handled the situation and I think he should be reprimanded, I will be calling John in the morning to discuss this issue with him about this punk unprofessional kid dealing with the public in this sort of manner.

Their fish tanks are atrocious. Never seen tanks that bad. The fish are not taken care of. If you can't maintain the tanks get rid of them. Will never go there again!

We love taking our dog here they're very pet friendly as also they have a nice variety of food and treats for our pet. They also lend a helping hand and bring your bags out to your vehicle for you I really appreciate this. As always we made this our grocery store for our pet

This is the only store I go to for my pets. We have dogs, cats, a spider, and a guinea pig. The staff helped me pick out new foods when I first got my youngest dog when she was a pup and my 2 "senior" cats (they're both 8) They did not carry a large bag of the particular cat food I wanted, so they ordered it for me. I believe it took 3 days to arrive, that's it. My pets are on high-quality food, and they look amazing. When our power went out for 3 days this past Feb, they were still open. They had a generator, but they were OPEN!!

Might be a good store to buy feed from. However, the housing of their animals is awful. They have 8 baby bearded dragons all in one small tank. Not only are their feces allover, worst of all every one of them are morbidly sick. Their tails have fallen off and many are missing their feet. Tried bargaining with a worker to take them but they were more interested in making a profit. All of them are destined to die and many other of their reptiles are living in bad conditions. It sickens me to see the mistreatment.

I have been buying pestell cat litter for over 10 years at this location. I put my cat down and called the same day asking if I could return an unopened bag of litter without a receipt and was told yes. I got there an hour later and they wouldn't let me return it because it was purchased over 30 days ago. They couldn't find it with my phone number. They asked if I could use store credit. I left with the 40Lb bag and told them forget it that I would donate it to the animal shelter in Wyandotte.
