Just left this dollar tree and worst dollar tree I've been in. I seen a total of 4 workers with one register open. Two employees whom I believe one was the manager left the cashier with a line of about ten people. She seen the line and went right in the office didn't help not one bit. Don't go here if u are in a hurry. I would give no stars if I could 👎

Don't dare try to exchange anything in this store....they may try to accuse you of stealing. Didn't even get a apology after showing the employee proof of purchase and definitely wasn't spending any money of mine so I put the other items back and after this incident about 6 mos. Ago I won't go to this location

HORRIBLE STORE AND MANAGEMENT, this place is dirty, has employees especially the store manager that are downright rude. The store isn't stocked and is not at all maintained. Only one Assistant Manager is nice the rest are horrible and don't care. And the pay isn't worth being harassed. Or being blamed for things you didn't do.Especially since the Store Manager does it regularly(she closes on Tuesdays).I'm always nice even when I'm threatened. But these people are rude and don't care about the staff. I could go on and on but I'm telling you do not shop here. There are plenty of DT stores not far that are clean and have way more stuff as well as a friendly staff!

Stopped here for a few items. Not the best neighborhood. The parking lot is full of wholes and the buildings are empty The mall is testament to what Lincoln Park has become, old, dirty and depressed neighborhoods and stores. Nobody seems to care. I am in the store and these to clowns are following me around. Why? Its so obvious a lady tells me those guys are watching you. You need to be more careful. That's a little scary. They didn't really buy anything. The tall one just walked around. They eventually left. This store needs to close. Not enough foot traffic or employees to keep it open. In my opinion this is a very unfriendly and dangerous atmosphere for anyone to live or work in.

WORST STORE EVER!! There was only one register open and there was a bunch of people waiting in line for a long time. They finally got a second person to ring people up but she was super rude and threw my things around and didn’t even say have a nice day. They definitely had more workers there and didn’t even have them working when there was chaos going on. Awful :(

Today I was inside dollar tree looking through the notebook section and after about 7 minutes of looking through an employee walked up to me and said "are you going to pick those up? And I replied with what do you mean and she said "the notebooks you just trashed? I like at her oddling because I was literally just looking through them, not throwing them around or trashing it as she said. I replied offended I'm not trashing the store I was just looking through them and she put her hands out in front of her almost like "ok enough type" and said well as long as you put them back." And dismissed me completely. I am a loyal customer and this is not how customer service should ever be. I felt very disrespected and I won't be returning to this store

My granddaughter gave her bag of previously purchased goods to the cashier as she should. The cashier didn't secure her bag, instead she left it on the counter giving it to another customer with his purchase. When I complained to the manager I was told mistakes happen and the only thing I could do was place a police report (her iPhone was also in the bag). This was NOT a mistake this was carelessness on they're part. Luckily for us, the person she gave the bag to worked at an urgent care not far from us, he called the store once he realized the bag wasn't his and we were able to get our things back. Needless to say I won't be going back to this store.

Store could be better stocked. There have been many times that they didn't have items that other Dollar Tree's normally carry. The employees always look miserable and management is far from friendly.

Filthiest bathroom in the Downriver Area. Was there 2 weeks ago and the bathroom was just as filthy then i spoke to the manager this time . She said the bathroom had a sign on the door that it was closed . I didnt see any sign two weeks ago and I didnt see any sign today. Just a box with used paper towels proping the door open. The sink and toilet worked fine. But the bathroom was unbelievably filthy. I dont understand a "DollarTree" that is unable to keep their bathroom clean. All ither Dollar Trees that I have been to have been exceptiomal. This one is in the Lincoln Park Plaza on Fort St. And Emmons. It is used by 1,000's of shoppers. Thank you for your attention..

Store carries so many things.. Some items are same as higher priced stores. Why pay more. Awesome cleaner is the best and not sold at other stores.

My son was sleeping in his stroller by the registers, I went an grabbed a pop out the cooler and over hear the Manager say "DID SOMEONE FORGET THERE F"ING KID HERE"..I popped my head up out of the cooler, and said no IM RIGHT HERE.instead of apologizing, she continued with her rude remarks, then someone came in at closing time, I thought she was gonna kill the guy

They Carried items that I am not able to find it other Dollar Tree locations. Cashiers not as friendly as other locations. She wasn't rude or anything though.

I usually go in at night and the night staff is always very friendly and helpful I enjoy going to this one more because it's not as packed and crazy

This place is terrible. Always messy. Never enough cashier's so there isbalways a line. Manager is extremely rude to the employees, I've witnessed it a few times. Not my first choice for a dollar store.

Its a dollar tree what do you expect? Lots of good cheap craft materials and projects, some surprisingly good bandanas and hair products...its a dollar.
