My experience at the Dollar Tree was very nice. The story is kept very organized and clean with friendly cashiers. Very well-stocked with awesome items!

Always a great place to pick up something you need quick and cheep! And some things you don't!😂 I love DOLLAR TREE! #EVERYTHING 'S$1No longer True!!😩Everything is $1.25! This means every 4 things are $5.30!😥 No longer my happy place.😢 Everything is smaller and $.25 more. They do have some new items and more to choose from. But, I'm now more selective and keep a closer count when I shop there.

I love how organized and clean they are there. The thing is, every time I go in there, someone is yelling at the register. It's usually the manager yelling at either customers or the poor cashiers. I've stood there and wondered why? She could say the same thing without the mean-spirited attitude 😒! It's also alarming! You don't know what's going on when you hear all the commotion. Should I get out of the store, or what is going on? I get it people have problems, but seriously, this shouldn't keep going on. I hope it gets better.

Just left to pick up some Mother’s Day Balloons, they had them scattered across the ceiling and a customer could not really reach. I then saw a worker who I was told named Michelle going around with a large stick with tape wrapped around it trying to corral the balloons. I asked her if she could help me grab one particular balloon and she blatantly ignored me which I found rude but I waited patiently while she corralled all the balloons. I guess she thought I was rushing her cause she then shoved the stick in my face and said “Grab it cause your testing me”. Did not even say anything to her. Just patiently waiting for her to grab the rest of the balloons hoping she’d eventually get to the one I wanted. I was taken aback by her behavior. I didn’t give a lesser review since the other workers were very nice and helpful but “Michelle” needs an attitude check. No need to be rude to someone who was just patiently waiting for assistance.

This is the most unprofessional Dollar Tree I have ever been ,the older black lady manager is the most disrespectful, unprofessional manager I have ever seen ,treats customers and her employees like dirt ,I have never seen an attitude on a manager like that ,I can also see the fear in the employees eyes because of her .Look you don't have to believe me you can go there and see it yourself and tell me I'm wrong. Now I know why they don't have enough employees because of that manager.i don't think anyone can work under that manager.

Lady followed me around the store and accused me of stealing as I was paying for my items. I will never b back. I shop here at least 4 times a week and never felt soo disrespected. Pretty sure she was a Manger tok. Older lady with white short hair and glasses

What is the Point of having Shopping Carts if you Can't take them Out of the store?Just Awful. I spend More than $40.00 & get Scolded by the manager, at my Car, in Front of the Door, in a Handicap parking space...smh.I saw No signage.I guess $tree Doesn't need My Hard Earned duckets.Like the selection, which is Why I spent $40, but Really? Not only does the tree have zero leaves that are worth a dollar or less to buy, (everything sold is well over a dollar), but they've got 1 of the worst return policies in the retail jungle. That is, if you need to return something, even if it's in new condition with tags and a legit receipt, they will sourly and disgustingly give a store credit ONLY. If you try to return merchandise without a receipt, get ready for a fast adamant rejection and a swift send off with a good mean scolding leaving you with a bitter taste in your mouth and stuck with a useless unsatisfying item(s). They act as if they're a charitable non profit organization that is doing you a favor by being in business. It's sad such a profitable national chain has such poor disposition.

The store stays up to date with the new products and such and I absolutely love that aspect but the manager oh boy is she rude . She is the most unfriendly person ever working in retail its unbelievable. It's sad to say that my child young in age notice how unfriendly she is and told her listen lady have some compassion . But I will not let her ruin my trips to the dollar tree as I go multiple times in a week.

I love this place it's my favorite store ever but if I could give this store no stars I would! The 2 "Managers" are HORRIBLE! I all around stopped going to this store because of them. Both of them called the cops on me and my daughter because this was right before we had to wear masks to be in stores and we didn't have one. So we wasn't allowed in the store. So I was waiting outside to get a lyft ride home. That's when I was told that I was "soliciting customers". Then when a lovely women heard what the 2 "Manager" was doing she gave me and my daughter a mask so we could shop. Well they did not like that can flat out refused to check me out.Besides them always cussing at other customers or how they hate their jobs.I'm not a Karen by any means but only other person I have ever wanted to call corporate on was an EMT that yelled so all my kids could hear that my father (who passed in his sleep and I wasn't trying to tell my kids or make a scene to not scare them) say "Yup, he is good and died, you don't even have to check him he is stiff as a board." So they are right up there with the EMT for me. Behavior for these two is beyond anything I've ever seen in any place. I wish they would leave that store so I can go back to my favorite store again. Someone up they needs to do something about those 2 it really a problem. I know I'm not the only one that feels this way!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Michelle especially. She is always smiling and even willing to go look in the back room if I don't see something on the shelf. You have a QUALITY employee!! I was a manager at Walgreens before I had to retire. I know an excellent employee when I see one. You should be proud to have such a great crew!

I like the products in this store and availability but there was this one worker that kicked us out and even called the police for literally nothing my kids were with me. she lied about them roaming around and making a mess but the whole time they were with me and would not go about more then 7 feet from me. She made us have a bad experience and I think you guys should act about this. I told the police officer to check the cameras about what happened but they declined. the African American lady working there was very rude but the others did their jobs very well.

One of the better Dollar Trees in the area. It was difficult to walk out of there without purchasing so much more than what I came in for (though walked out with more than the two items I came specifically for). My first time at this location and they had a lot of stock and the place was clean and orderly. They were taking a delivery at the time, so not enough cashiers, but that was my only complaint.

Pam ACCOSTED me in front of my 7 year old daughter. She was incredibly rude and LOUDLY and boldly disrespectful after I pointed out she rung me up wrong and almost forgot to charge me for a product. She was unprofessional and argumentative. Will NEVER be returning to this location.

Don't recommend this one. The manager on duty was rude. When she spoke over the intercom she was very rude as well. Then the lines were insanely long and she wanted the cashier to go on break while there was at least 40 people in line all together. The manager there should not be a manager. Needs to be more professional.

7/7/19 was my second time going to this particular location. The first time was an in & out ordeal --I walked straight to the "Party" section realized that I could exchange some items I had previously purchased from a different location. Dollar Tree only allows exchanges -I decided not to spend anymore money and to come back with my exchange. During this visit I did not have interaction with any staff.However, 7/7/19 was a completely different experience. I do not remember the woman's name but there was an African American/Black female, possible tattoo on her right arm, with straight/curled hair (wig), who was obnoxious, rude, and the epitome of unprofessionalism.(**I do not include the fact that she was wearing a wig to demean/degrade, only as a means to describe who she is because I do not remember her name.)I believe this is the same "Michelle" other's are referring to, who has made this experience a less than tolerable one. She was at the cash register counting her drawer when I approached, I stood off a bit as not to interrupt. She stopped counting, had a pleasant conversation with someone who knew her, then continued counting. I waited to ask if I should leave my bags at the front or if it was okay to proceed with shopping? She replied, "Do you even have your receipt!?"I could hear her angrily yelling throughout the store to customers, "You know better, you can't leave out of here with that cart!" Their carts have long vertical poles to prevent you from exiting the store with them.I stayed a longer hoping her line would close just to prevent from having to deal with her during check out. Finally, I heard her yell that she was going on break --I proceeded to checkout with "Keri." Keri was one of the nicer employees. Unfortunately she never experienced a customer with an exchange. So, someone else called "Michelle" over to assist. :/I had a few items to exchange, on different receipts. I took the time to separate the items into bags with ea. receipt and marked where the items were. At this point she manged to say, "Thank you, that makes it easier." THREE items in, and she shoves my receipts back to me and said, "I don't have time for this. I'm working on my break!" She threw the items in the "return" basket and walked away.My items were exchanged, etc. However, she did so without following "their" protocol. Which, I am not complaining about, because I could not care less. I don't know what her strengths are but her weaknesses are apparent.Everyone else was pleasant/okay --if you must go here, avoid "Michelle."

A vast majority of staff is always cranky, rude, gossiping and just in inviting. I always speak and say good morning and they always mumble back. They are all older, seasoned ladies who you can tell are very miserable. I still go here however, with a smile and spend my money. Hopefully they all cheer up soon.

Clean and nice staff except the manager she is very rude not only to customers but her staff. Because this is the closest dollar tree to my home I will continue too shop their. And I will avoid this nasty woman. Me and my husband thought about reporting her to corporate. But, she mentioned having a child and I am not fond of getting a mother fired. But if her nasty additude comes our way again I won't hesitate. I felt really bad for the young girl who was at the register she was mean and belittled her for no reason at all.

The misserable employee"Michelle" unboxing in the bathroom isle today 2/23/22 was extremely rude & confrontational.Maybe she should not be handling a box cutter(better yet work there at all after reading all these reviews!).This is the dollar store lady! Not Prison!I will never be back & Do not recommend this store!
