Drive through is ALWAYS closed, so what's the point in having one? Then they returned my prescription to stock because I didn't pick it up in time. Their text messages aren't correct because I got the text YESTERDAY saying it's ready for pick up they tell me it was filled on 4/4.. well, that's nice they never sent me a text or call letting me know on the 4th. The woman at the drop-off window was very rude. No wonder CVS' everywhere are closing. They suck! Switching to Walgreens. ✌🏻

It takes an incredible amount of time to get your medications in the drive thru. I go once every 3 months and it always is a 30 minute+ wait.That being said I love that it’s 24 hours.

Very poor customer service. Instead of filling a prescription for 30days when they don't have enough for 90 they make you wait without informing you that they don't have enough. You have to call and ask what's going on with your prescription, only to be on hold forever and be treated rudely when they do answer.

The pharmacy likes to take your refills away. They don't fill on time and claim they don't have the meds in stock when you call again they say they have them but can't fill yet when it's due. I'll be switching pharmacies.

If you are in line before their lunch break. Know at 1330 they are done. It doesn't matter if you have been in line for 20 min. You will be rudely told to read the sign. They are closed. I will be pulling all future scripts to another pharmacy. Staff will make or break your company.

Love to pick up prescriptions through the drive thru, only downside is you’ll be waiting 30+ min in line vs going in and picking it up inside

Everyone could be a hero no matter what others define as such. The lady who was working this late and helped my dad print a document was this night's hero for us. Thank you for your great service and patience. I hope that other CVSs have at least one employee like her.

I should never be afraid to call my pharmacy but I am. The way you get spoken to is absolutely not okay. I work in customer service so I am nice, I wait the hold times without a complaint, and yet they literally mutter under their breath or go "okay then..?" When asked questions. It scares me that this is the only place my insurance will send my medication to. If I could give the pharmacy their own rating, I would- DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY.The regular store staff has been amazing, though, and it's really shocking to have someone at the front being so nice and helpful, and someone at the pharmacy being downright nasty to you. I've never felt ashamed for my disabilities before I came here.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff is complete trash. Especially the dude running the whole shoddy operation. I have been getting prescriptions here for months and one day they just cancel it and tell me to find another pharmacy without any notice. They were not helpful at all and very rude. I also felt discriminated against cause of the kind of medication it was. Not cool CVS. I'm gonna tell everyone I know to stop going here.

New to the area, and so far I have had to use this cvs multiple times. Everyone I’ve encountered is very professional and friendly. But my experience today takes the cake. My 8 week old daughter has colic, so my baby and I went there to find some relief. As I was at the self check out, my baby began to have a spell and began screaming crying while I was scanning my items. One of the employees, (wish I got her name) a young lady with blonde hair and glasses seen and over heard her cry’s and since my hands were full at that moment, she walked up and started to try and console my baby. Giving her sweet talk and swaying her in the buggy side to side. I could not thank her enough for her help. It was the absolute sweetest gesture anyone has done in a very long time. She was awesome.

Everything that I went to get from this CVS was in stock. I went in picked up items I needed and was in line and out the doors in minutes. The cashier was very friendly.

My prescription went here by accident instead of going to my pharmacy that delivers. When my pharmacy called them for the prescription, they lied and said it had been mailed out. I still had to waste money getting transportation to pick it up because integrity and decent behavior are not services they provide.

Was on hold for 15 minutes from the beginning and was even was on hold as I drove there. I eventually hung up as I was being waited on. There were 4 people in the Pharmacy, none talking to customers OR on the phone. It was a joke and I’m not laughing.

It's a New Day at this Location it seems like they've finally understood that although they conduct a lot of business at this location as far as the pharmacy, Now they're not treating everyone like just another number. Nada and her staff were very helpful and patient with me and my Mom when we visited and I told her that I would switch back to CVS and every since June I've seen improvements and I like what I see so far. Thank you guy's keep up the good work!

Can't get a hold of the pharmacy to ask a simple question when calling. I waited 16 minutes then decided to just hang up and try later. Later, I waited 7 minutes. No answer. They surprisingly don't carry brand name medications, and when your Dr orders them, the pharmacy has to order the medication which can take 5 days. Never heard of a pharmacy that doesn't carry brand names. They were great but since covid hit, they also caught the disease of laziness as well.

Worst pharmacy I've been to. Got told my prescription wasn't at this CVS. I called the one in Wyandotte in case it was a mix-up. They confirmed it was at LP. Called this pharmacy and got put on hold for roughly 20 minutes. After that, ANOTHER pharmacist told me they didn't have it that day but they'd have it tomorrow. Called again, and they said they would only let me buy generic. At the end of the day, they refused to give me my prescription (even the generic) and said it "wasn't prescribed."If you are reading this I urge you to go anywhere else. I was told something different by every pharmacist I interacted with. Extremely frustrating experience.

I can't be the only one who shops at this CVS who has experienced a myriad of issues with their staff. I'm growing tired of the lack of customer service skills with some cashiers/employees at this location. I could give multiple examples if I had the time. The hiring manager may need to be better trained. I know that COVID has lead to a lot of customers being nasty, and I'm so sorry that store employees all over face a lot of mean people. However, I strive to be patient and courteous, and I'm fed up with the attitudes at this store. Colleen's attitude the other day was the final straw for me. I am now asking myself: Why should I continue to shop at this CVS when I can get more consistently nicer service, lower prices and a larger selection elsewhere?

Holiday weekend - needed a prescription filled for a family member who spent the afternoon in the ER. The pharmacy team was excellent. Hard working pharmacist (name unknown). Pharmacy Tech Jade was fun to watch. Super organized. Had a great attitude and a great working system. Thanks to all for the help!

I accidentally called this store when I was trying to reach cvs store #8029. The other store had been so rude to me and hung up on me multiple times when I tried to get the employees name. I felt like I was in some weird twilight zone. I thought I was calling the rude store and so happily reached Mary, the store manager of store #8131. She apologized for the other store and tried to help me the best she could. But that wasn't what meant so much. What completely turned my mood around was her cheerful disposition despite being incredibly busy. I could overhear her helping others in between my questions and she was so kind and patient with all of us and our problems. It is very much out of my way to come to this store but I am 100% going to switch my prescriptions and make all my purchases here because she treated me like a human, and did not go on a power trip over an extra care card question.

So I called ahead of time to make sure my prescription was ready for pickup. The guy I spoke to assured me that it would be. It wasn’t, I’m mad cause I don’t feel well and had to sit for 15 minutes trying not to vomit in pharmacy. Nausea as hell. When I first came in there was no one else here but me. Now there is 6 people a head of me and I m trying not to vomit.

The only reason why they're getting a one-star for me they would get zero stars from me but it makes me give them one star it's ridiculous every time my kids have medication and we go through them they're either out of stock and don't know when they're going to get the medication for the medications on back order and don't know when they'll get it this happens every time when they need to get refills so I will not be using them no more whatsoever
