when ordering delivery the store will send u hot dogs with no bun. they expect the delivery driver to get them as they are on the front of the counter and the employees dont want to walk, the delivery driver has no clue as he is giving a pre sealed bag.

I wouldn't call this place dirty, like some have said in the reviews. The place has a lot of stuff and might feel a bit cluttered. Employees were helpful with cashing me out. They didn't have what I was looking for "Monster-swiss miss" in stock but was still able to find something none the less. I'd sum the place up as convenient and fast.

Amazon pickup works. The workers try to keep the place clean but some customers are rude/dirty making the place a mess at times.

I always have a positive experience at this 7-Eleven location all the staff is very friendly and helpful no matter what time I go in there day or night they are always friendly I have never encountered a grouchy person working here

Very Suspect, semi backs up across dix Toledo road blocking all 4 lanes of traffic so I pull I there to grab some drinks and snacks for work but here is the suspect part, 2 guys start unloading red totes off the semi into the back of the store while the owner and a US MARSHALL lady with short blonde hair in uniform badge around her neck is standing outside on watch, both of themdefinitely conceal carrying firearms….. what in the actual F was going on there?!

Horrible customer service. I have been going here for years, and I will never go back. Brunette with tattoos is the rudest person I've seen in a long time and the blonde tonight 4-15-19 is just as bad. They won't even answer the phone. So I called another 7-eleven and they said they have heard bad things about that store as well. I didn't have my key to my lock for my bike and they would not let me bring it in for one minute. No other stores treat there regulars like that. So I have a corporate# and will be making a formal complaint

So the staff is awesome and the managers are pretty cool. I come in hear multiple times a week. However, I bought the wrong phone charger today and I was told, "sorry bro. Nothin I can do for you. You gottan come back during the day when the manager here." Ummm....that's very inconvenient. At the moment you need a PHONE charger. I'm sure the manager will probably accommodate me, but that's tomorrow. And I need a charger right now. Not cool. Other than this, store is great.Note* manager DID accommodate my return!!

Day was almost completely ruined. My car battery died and I was rushing to work. Thank you soooo much to the Manager. He grabbed his own car jumper and got me outta there asap. Great service and took care of me in the middle of a rush. Thank you!

I went in today and the girl was very busy by herself at the time. At checkout, my daughter asked for a hamburger and the lady said she would have to cook it. ( sure, fair enough ) but after cooking it she looked in the drawers she said there were no hamburger buns. She said she could put it on a napkin and we could just eat it like that. I said' Ah, no thanks, how about a piece of pizza ? '. She said no we don't have anything cooked yet. ( Ok, still no problem. )Then she asked ( getting frustrated ) - how about some taquitos or something ? I said ' no thanks my daughter said those are too spicy for her. ' Then she said ok, then what ? I then said ' That's ok, tell you what, just give us our money back, thanks 'Then she got all upset and opened the drawer, got the money out, plopped it rudely in my hand and with an bad attitude said - " OK HERE YOU GO... THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME !! "REALLY ? I thought.YOUR store didn't have hamburger buns, so you were going to give my daughter just the burger with NO bun, and since your store didn't have buns - I wasted YOUR time ???? !!!!That's the last time I go there. I understand you were way too busy by yourself and if you made the whole hamburger WITH THE BUN, I could see where you'd be upset that I changed my mind, but YOUR STORE didn't have hamburger buns not me, so you get upset with ME ???Thanks, good way to teach my kid how to handle a situation.Bye 7-11 LINCOLN PARK... Hello ANY other one.( Oh, and this isn't the first time I got rude attitudes from there ! )

Every time I go there everyone is rude and has a attitude because I ask for cigars. This morning I asked for cash back and the cashier really gave me all quarters instead of a bill like wow enough is enough with this place needs new management period

Has some of the rudest and disrespectful cashiers around, a bunch of teenagers who don’t care about their jobs, place is always filthy too. Franchise owner should be ashamed of himself.

They don't follow any covid-19 safety protocol, they staff doesn't wear a mask and they don't encourage customers to do so. It's dangerous and irresponsible. I went in there with my mask and one of the employees called me a loser.

Used to spend 25$ a day here until some basement dwelling employee changed my mind. All but 2 employees are horrible and rude. I wouldn't toss a penny in their parking lot now.
