Great fried chicken. Disappointed in sides this time. Potato logs were broken up and old, carrot side was under done. Carrots were still raw. Left at 4 star because chicken was great as usual

I went in looking for pickles made by a local company and right away one of the employees there was more then happy to help me locate a few jars. Everyone here was very friendly and seemed like they truly liked there jobs !

Like with most small grocery stores, sometimes items can be a bit pricey, but I assure you it's totally worth it. The meat is amazing. They a sell whole cow tenders and NY Strips at prices you can match anywhere, and the meat it top quality. They'll even slice it for you! 5.99lb for an NY Strip is unbeatable, especially with inflation. They also have great homemade jerky and beef sticks in various flavors. Try a jalapeno and cheddar!

I live in Lakeport (half way between Lexington and Port Huron). At age 72, I want a quintessential country-store shopping experience. I start by taking a leisurely drive on the backroads to avoid Lakeshore Rd. (M-25). Next is Jeff's parking lot (short walk to the entrance). Then comes the feeling of 'home'. Their prices might be a tad higher than the big box stores, but I think of it as a tradeoff for my shopping experience. They have an amazing meat counter, and their fruits/vegetable section is always well stocked.

Grocery store. It's in-between a quickie mart and a big chain store. Variety of options but prices are not crazy high but higher than a super market.Their meat section is well worth it. I feel like the ground beef and steaks we have bought were way better than any other grocery store, big or small.The workers are usually always pleasant and kind. Helpful when asking for something.Store is clean, maintained, stocked, and easy to navigate.

Very small quiet country style grocery store. They did have a great selection of food and drinks. But what got me was as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff of the store. Makes you feel like family. Awesome place.

For a small store they did have quite a variety of items. The store was also clean and tidy. It could be because they are a tourist area or in a shore town but the prices were quite high. The cashier was friendly.

Nice to have a grocery store in the area. Prices are fairly common with other places maybe a bit on the high side. Some organic / natural options but would like to see more.

Jeff's is really a good place with really friendly people. The prices are bad for most items especially considering your a half hour away from the nearest box store. The selction isn't bad but they don't carry much in the way of organic, again understandable . The deli is pretty good and the prices are decent for carry out food.

Excellent selection of fresh vegetables & fruits. Ground beef is very low on fat, great for hamburgers & tacos. Prices maybe a little higher. Having a great store here in Lexington is worth the cost.

One thing I like about the small towns in Michigan are the grocery stores that are Spartan but still give you that small town grocery store feeling to them and this is definitely one of them. When I stay at Lakeport State Campground I enjoy heading up to Lexington and doing my shopping here and enjoy it a lot more than going to Walmart or Meijer.

My first time in this Jeff's (Spartan Store )My 1st. impression Very Clean easy to find items due to the fact that the isle signs are easily displayed throughout the Store.Mostly, fast and Friendly Checkout.I will definitely make more trips to buy all my grocery items.

For its location and size, Jeff's carries a quality amount of produce meats, and even has a few vegan-friendly options in its freezer section. combine that with a tasty deli section, and friendly staff and you have yourself a quality small town grocery store.

Perfect-sized vacation-spot supermarket. It has a surprisingly diverse inventory for an approximately 6k - 7k sq ft footprint, and the staff is friendly and know their products. Wine and beer only but a gas station, two blocks away, carries liquor if you're looking for adult beverages.

Good place to shop but a bit pricey for locals. How is it that they can charge a higher dollar amount on 12 packs of beer, than anyone else in the the town. It's the only grocery store in Lexington Michigan.

Good selection in a small camping community. They have beer and wine but no liquor. They carry everything else a grocery store has, plus deli and meat counter.
